We had a wonderful time at this great location. Quiet, but walkable to shops and restaurants. Spent a lot of time at the pool and on the porch, as well as watching the canal. Furniture isn’t the most comfortable, but we weren’t inside much anyway. :)

Sarah was very nice and extremely quick to respond! She went above and beyond helping us retrieve a few belongings we forgot at the house. Thanks again Sarah! The house was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. Nice amenities. Oh and exceptionally clean which was very much appreciated! One thing to note if you’re traveling with toddlers: the back end of the pool has a steep drop off to the grass area which isn’t totally obvious in the photos. Just a heads up. We had a 2.5 year old and a 1.5 year old and just kept them away from that side of the pool.

A perfect house for our girlfriend getaway. We especially loved how “at home” we felt, plus the location was great. Would stay here again.

Our 4th trip down….does that say something?! 😍😍 We love Bonnie’s home and the little town of Everglade City!!! We love Bonnie and Craig! They live just up the street and only a phone call away if we ever need anything. The sweetest couple!! The house is our home away from home. I treat it as mine and cook all our meals in house or hubby does on the grill. Kitchen is fully stocked! This time we had some friends meet us. Us girls setup and scrapbooked while the guys brought their kayaks and fished - they caught 364 (something like that) in 2 days! Thank you Bonnie and Craig! Look forward to our next trip down! Don’t want to rush time, but can’t wait until the next time!

It is a very nice condo. The only problem I had was a 10 digit code to get in the door. Had to call and get another code. Make sure you use the keys in the bowl because no one can remember a 10 digit code little excessive, it was very clean great balcony gated community. I would definitely go back. I highly recommend, and it was very reasonable discounted because I believe there was a new roof getting put on, but did not affect me at all. The communication with vacasa Florida’s was exceptional either text or call they resolve my small Problem with the wrong door code very quickly and got us into the unit

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo, including its proximity to the pool where we had a chance to meet friendly people. Bonita Bay has beautiful walking trails and parks and its location is accessible to everything we needed.

Our family of four loved this stay. It was far away from the noise of downtown. The private beach right down the street was key for our stay. Super clean, we saw manatees in the bay behind too! We will be returning soon.

Very nice location for accessing Marco Island and Naples. Unit was extremely clean.
