We had a fantastic stay at The Jade—thank you for opening your lovely home to us! Traveling with two couples and a toddler, we really appreciated how family-friendly the space was. The abundance of toys, plastic plates and bowls, a pack 'n play, and the baby gate for the staircase were thoughtful touches that made our stay so much easier. While the chilly and rainy weather kept us from using the pool, we absolutely loved relaxing in the Jacuzzi—it was such a treat! The house was also incredibly well-stocked with everything we needed, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Joshua was a great host! Clear instructions and the house is very tech friendly. Very clean and spacious! It can get a little loud at night, but rooms are supplied with white noise machines. Remotes have magnets on the back, so you can’t lose them- this was super cool! Joshua sent multiple detailed texts through the visit to make sure we were ok and that instructions on things were clear. Would stay again! Location is super local and not a far drive from anything! This was a beautiful, peaceful home. It had a large, open yard for my dogs to run with plenty of indoor space as well! We will definitely be coming back on future trips.

Very clean and private home, walking distance to a great bar and just a short uber ride away from most of Chattanooga. Would stay here again if I ever came back to visit, thanks!

Great size kitchen (fridge) was able to sit at the island and cut up food. And talk with family on the couch, while the kids played on the floor. Perfect location, close to the boat launch and kids parks. Walk around deck with lots of space and grassy area. Very clean, had everything needed. Thank you for a lovely easy stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Janet’s lovely city cottage that offered southern charm complemented by high tech convenience. The well appointed rooms were welcoming and comfortable. We appreciated the updated kitchen and spotless bathrooms with fluffy towels. There was a large television in the living room and additional tvs in the bedrooms. We liked the covered outdoor space with nice evening lighting and a little fountain out back. I especially enjoyed the sun room which was a wonderful quiet place to do some work and enjoy morning coffee. Janet was a wonderful, proactive host ensuring our stay was perfect.

This house has everything you need! Location was great. My kids kept saying how calming the house was. When we come back to Chattanooga we’ll definitely be staying at one of Tammy’s places!

I needed a place to stay for 3 months after my home in another city sold until my new place in Cleveland was finished. Rhonda’s place worked out perfectly. I was able to continue working from home. Internet worked perfectly. It was neat and clean and furnished so well. Rhonda and her husband were great and answered my questions promptly. So friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

Gorgeous space with lovely little details throughout. The location is a perfect homebase for exploring Southside and Downtown. After a day out and about, we found ourselves just as excited to get back and enjoy the apartment with it’s rooftop mountain views, twinkly spa shower, and the most comfortable beds. We also enjoyed learning the history of the building. The size was perfect for three adults but has plenty of room for a family or couples traveling together. We’d love to return to this cozy, clean, and stylish spot!

we really enjoyed our weekend away!! the lake was beautiful and we loved taking the kayaks out to fish and see more of the nature. it was so lovely to sit on the water in the hammock swings and read, we spent most of our time there. we caught a few catfish off the dock which was very exciting. the owners were lovely and friendly and ginger (their dog) was the nicest AirBnB host i’ve ever had :) will definitely be booking again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in downtown Chattanooga! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. The space was just the right size for two people, very cozy, and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We stayed here for the 2025 Easter weekend. The description of the place in AIRbnb is accurate. There was parking for two cars. The area was safe and you are two blocks from the free trolley to get downtown. I would easily stay here again if needed.

Beautiful property! It very cozy and decorated so lovely. Loved the big window that has view to garden. Very clean and organized and charming. Loved the front porch patio! Adrienne was so helpful and friendly. Lots of recommendations to restaurants and activities! I highly recommend this property.

This condo is very clean and the photos in the listing match exactly. It is very easy to find and located close to restaurants, bars, and all the attractions Chattanooga has to offer. In fact the Parkway Pourhouse restaurant is located directly across the street from this condo and has great food. The host Shaun was very helpful and accommodating. He checked to make sure my wife and I had everything we needed to have a great time. Check in directions were clear and concise and were easy to follow. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Chattanooga that is comfortable, clean, and close to everything then look no further. You won’t regret it. My wife and I are looking forward to staying here again in the near future!

It was very clean and not too far from everything we wanted to do. While we were only there with another couple for the weekend, they also have it well equipped for traveling with children. Recommend!

Loved the place, we had everything we wanted and was very clean when we checked in. Please understand the location is convenient but it’s in an industrial zone. Did not notice any noise during our stay. I highly recommend Talithas place for a party of four.

I came with my husband for his birthday and the place was beautiful! The town had breathtaking views and everything was in walking distance. The condo was so cozy we felt right at home. This is truly a peaceful place and we look forward to returning!

Jen was wlecoming and let us know she was available for any questions, or concerns. Instructions were left for remotes, which was helpful. The condo was pristine and very cozy with plenty of extra blankets and linens.. The chocolate kisses were comforting to my anxiety filled trip. It was raining and Waze decided to take us on a narrow and steep road up the side of the mountain! Good news, there is another way that is safer! The place was well worth the drive and the views to the mountains were beautiful! We will be back!

This place is in a GREAT location! We traveled from SC to perform at a wedding and I was unfamiliar with the area. This Airbnb was easy to find, easy to get into, and super conveniently located to both the wedding venue (Blackberry Ridge) and all the downtown fun things! The beds were comfy, air conditioning worked great, and kitchen well stocked!
