This home was perfect for my group. Very spacious and in a very clean area. Joseph did a great job communicating throughout our stay. I will definitely recommend it.

Jenny was very communicative to any question I had prior to and during our stay. Beautiful spacious location. I’m sure it’s nice in the summer but for a winter Aurora visit, this is the place! We were there 4 nights and if the lights were dancing in the sky we saw them! We enjoyed sitting in the front or back yard - or hot tub - to watch the light show each night - and were happy we didn’t have to drive anywhere! If you’re planning to go to the Fairbanks area - it’s worth the short 20 minute drive to stay in North Pole!

Wonderful place to stay. Very cute and a decent size yard. Still close to "in town" but far enough for peace and quiet. Would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for a family get together. There's plenty of space for everyone. There's a large kitchen for cooking. Raven proactively sent local suggestions for things to do and sent us a location nearby where we could catch the Northern lights.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. Our main goal was aurora watching, so a comfortable place to rest between late-night outings was a must. The apartment more than fit the bill! We felt cozy and right at home. Everything was clean, the hot tub was always warm, the breakfast items were much appreciated and we enjoyed the games and entertainment options. Brendan and Kelly were excellent hosts. We would not hesitate to return or to recommend to others!

A very cozy and tidy home, along with a kind and patient host, gave me wonderful memories in Fairbanks. If I ever have the chance to visit Fairbanks again, Dan’s home will definitely be my first choice.

Anita responded quickly and was very helpful. The place has lots of room and is cozy! Couch was extremely comfortable! Access to large TV with abilities to stream whichever platform of your choice. Having the ability to use a washer and dryer was so nice, even had options of detergent. Clean bedding and lots of options for sleeping. Kitchen had pots and pans and utensils. As well as plenty of dishes. There was provided fresh drinking water. Nice large dining room table to sit at. Everything was very clean. There were toiletries provided, which I found very useful and appreciated. The location was nice and quiet, and still close to most things around town. Will definitely be staying here again!

Daniel’s place was a fantastic base camp for exploring Fairbanks and the surrounding area. It is far enough out of town to have space from the neighbors, and close enough to town to make a coffee run or grab groceries. The space was very comfortable, well stocked, and very clean. Lots of pamphlets were provided to navigate all Fairbanks has to offer, as well as games and books. Daniel was very easy to communicate with. He provided very clear instructions for his place and excellent recommendations for food and sights to see. We would stay at this AirBnb again in a heartbeat.
