Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohlgefühlt, alles war super sauber und gemütlich. Die Aussicht war wirklich traumhaft! Der Gastgeber war total freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen....

Io e la mia compagna siamo state nella splendida casa malenca 2 di Katia per 4 giorni e l'abbiamo adorata! perfetta per una coppia, ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa! La vicinanza alle piste da sci è ottimale come anche al paese e al centro. Vicino ci sono piccoli alimentari e ristoranti eccellenti, la posizione è perfetta! Ultimo, ma non meno importante, Katia è stata un host eccezionale sempre disponibile e gentile nel rispondere alle nostre domande e necessitá! Tornemo sicuramente, a presto! Camilla e Annabella

We were very satisfied with the place. It was clean and tidy. Host was very helpful and if we had any questions he replied very fast. We needed a stay close to the station, so we can be very flexible and the place is perfect for that

We had a wonderful stay at Jenny's place. It's right in the middle of Menaggio and is walkable to local restaurants and tourist spots. The house itself is gorgeous!Immaculately clean, well presented, and free of clutter. Jenny, as a host was fantastic. She messaged straight away, very responsive and had lots of recommendations. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this place and we will certainly be staying again when next in Menaggio.

Le logement de Thi Tu est très bien situé avec une vue magnifique sur le lac. La vue est encore plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. Le logement est fidèle au descriptif, rien à redire. Il était très facile de communiquer avec thi Tu. C est une hôte attentionnée. Merci pour ce séjour.

We don’t have words to describe our stay here. This was everything we needed and more. The apartment was pristine with everything you need. The host was friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. She left us a welcome gift which we enjoyed! She even called us taxis when we were less confident talking on the phone. The instructions to find the apartment, check in and out were so clear in some videos. Everything was so easy and felt like nothing was too much trouble. The views of the lake are out of this world and we spent one of our days just sitting on the terrace! We had some problems with flights and asked if we could arrive early. We were lucky as there was availability but again nothing was too much trouble. We will 100% be coming back and staying here again. It was simply fabulous. Thank you - what a host!! ♥️

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einem schönen zentral gelegenem Apartment. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was welcoming and responsive, making everything smooth and enjoyable. Definitely a 10/10 experience—highly recommend!

Casa Gioia mit dem fabelhaften Naturpark ist ein kleines Paradies! Wir waren überwältigt von der Ruhe und Schönheit dieses Ortes. Und gleichzeitig gab es so viel zu tun und zu entdecken, dass sowohl die Erwachsenen als auch die Kinder glücklich waren. Die Kinder liebten das Trampolin und den Spielplatz, wir Erwachsenen schätzten die Terrasse, all das Grün und die traumhafte Aussicht, alle genossen den Whirlpool und die Sauna. Die Kommunikation mit Katrin war sehr angenehm und Mite, der Hausmeister, war ausgesprochen freundlich und herzlich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Gostámos muito da casa e da sua envolvente. Perfeita para quem quer descobrir a zona do Lago di Como. Muito próxima de Varenna e com uma vista incrível para as montanhas. Um lugar a voltar!

The place is beautiful with an unforgettable view of the lake. It has everything you need to feel right at home. It is bigger than it looks in the pictures. We went for a couples vacation with two other friends and it was perfect. I do recommend renting a car since it is place quite high up on the mountain (for the view) and it is quite the hike by foot.

Das Tessiner Haus ist einfach, aber ansprechend eingerichtet. Küche und Bad sind modern und sauber. Besonders gut hat uns die wundervolle Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore gefallen, die man vom Balkon aus genießen kann. Von Contra aus kann man viel unternehmen, Wanderungen zB ins Verzaskatal, Ausflüge nach Lugano, Bellinzona usw. Wir haben einen abweckslungsreichen Urlaub verbringen können.

Ottimo alloggio, molto pulito e con tutto l'occorrente. Molto curato nei minimi dettagli. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza rilassante ma allora stesso tempo comoda per visitare il lago di Como!!

Lieu idyllique qui domine le lac de Côme. Maison super confort et parfaitement équipée. Calme, tranquillité, bain de soleil en toute intimité, terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur le lac. Une maison aménagée avec amour et bcp de goût. Maria est une personne disponible, sympathique et son empathie avec ses locataires en fait une parfaite hôtesse. Nous garderons un souvenir indélébile de notre séjour. Pat & Nat

Very cozy apartment with a beautiful view, private garden/terrace... a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature and only a 10-minute walk to the center of Menaggio. The host is always available and pleasant. We definitely recommend this apartment if you want your own little oasis of peace and yet be close to all the tourist attractions on Lake Como. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer ♡

We had a great stay. The house was very comfortable with a beautiful view. The pool is shared but we never met someone else. You can "hike" down to the lake, there is a nice footpath just behind the house. I would recommend booking this lovely place only if you have a car.

Notre séjour dans le logement d’Enzo et Maddie a été parfait! L’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner dans les différents endroits à visiter du lac de Côme. La proximité de Bellagio est un gros plus. L’appartement est cosy et très propre avec tout le nécessaire à disposition. Enzo et Maddie sont des hôtes très réactifs et la communication a été très rapide et facile à chaque fois que nous en avions besoin. Nous recommandons!

Absolutely spectacular! The view from the apartment is mind blowing and the apartment itself is gorgeous. There’s lot of outdoor space where you can relax and take in the views. My parents and I stayed here for two nights and we didn’t want to leave. Nicholas goes above and beyond. He carried our very heavy luggage both up and down the many steps. He left us fresh oranges and prosecco, not to mention both sparkling and still water. He provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and things to do. He even gave me recommendations for Venice! We would stay here in a heartbeat again.

Lovely 3 nights at Annamaria’s place. Beautiful view which we enjoyed every morning and evening after a day of exploring. 30min drive from lake como and 1 hour from Milan - very easy.

Had a fantastic stay. Federica was easily contactable for additional requests and quick to respond. The location is excellent- right across from the lake and next to the piazza which is perfect for coffee and/ or spritz’ with a view! Short walk to catch a ferry/ supermarket. Highly recommend - would definitely stay here again!

Marisa et Antonello sont des hôtes charmants et attentionnés. La communication avec eux a été très facile et surtout ils ont été très réactifs lorsque nous avons eu un problème avec notre voiture de location. Encore un grand merci à vous. L'appartement mérite ses 5 étoiles sans problème. Très propre et rien ne manque. Résidence calme et stationnement sans problème dans la rue. L'emplacement est idéalement situé pour visiter Milan et la région des lacs. Nous reviendrons si l'occasion se présente.

Wir haben großartige 5 Nächte in Fionas Appartement verbracht und vergeben eine rundum 5-⭐️-Bewertung und ein extra Plus für die liebevolle Betreuung 🤗 Fiona war äußerst hilfsbereit und hat neben tollen Ausflugstips und Restaurantempfehlungen auch bei der Reservierung für die ersten beiden Tage geholfen. Die Villa Regina ist leicht zu finden und ideal in der „Mitte des Sees“ gelegen. Die Wohnung ist genau so schön, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Parkplatz mit der guten Zufahrtsmöglichkeit. Wer schon einmal am Lago di Como war, weiß wie wertvoll dieser ist. Supermärkte, eine Bäckerei und eine Gelateria sind in der Nähe. Für uns war es wichtig morgens eine kleine Runde mit dem Hund spazieren zu können, dafür ist die Lage optimal. Ein Weg am Ufer und ein netter kleiner Park sind in 100m Entfernung. Liebe Fiona, Danke nochmals für die schöne Zeit und Deine herzliche Betreuung 🤗

You have to stay here! What a beautiful place. The attention to detail, the gifts of food and drinks, the herb garden, the fully stocked kitchen. Peaceful spot overlooking the park. The parking stall underground. I could not have been happier, being a 5 star super host myself I have high expectations and Cécile surpassed all of them. Any request we had she was on it. There were even free passes to tourist attractions. I can’t wait to come back and would not hesitate to recommend this place 1000 times over. Just wow! Don’t hesitate.

The apartment is well located on the Main Street of Bellagio. Both access via ferry and bus is nearby. Luca was a wonderful host and very responsive. He even helped us with our bags. Just FYI the Main Street of Bellagio has cobblestone steps which can be difficult with large suitcases/bags. Overall a great stay!
