As one who loves to travel and hospitality is my “thing” I can assure you that my cozy cottage is the perfect place for all travelers, including traveling nurses, doctors, backpack travelers. It has everything needed to cook your own meals. We provide bed sheets, towels, toiletries, coffee, cream and sugar, WiFi, pack and play, parking for more than 3 vehicles. Excellent walking location to Morrison Community Hospital, Whiteside County Courthouse , gas stations, McDonald’s, grocery store.

A true secret awaits behind the Red Door nestled in between downtown businesses. come on up and enjoy 1100 square feet of recent updated space. The front living room shares an office workspace nook both enjoying large windows flowing in light from the north. A center bedroom with queen size bed is accessible from both living room and front hall, next to the all in one washer/dryer. The back half houses a kitchen with new appliances, dining room, bath and 2nd bedroom with full size bed!

The Lakehouse

Lakefront property for rent, rest and relaxation includes beautiful home on 6 acre lake with guest house - sleeps up to 15 with 3 full bathrooms, bar, fireplace, outdoor kitchen, boat dock with canoe and flatboat, private beach, floating swim dock, walking trails, and 50 acres of pasture. Hunters welcome. Weather conditions causes lakes and ponds to have an increase in algae bloom & duck weed. Because of this naturally occurring event the condition of the lake cannot be guaranteed.

LHOTP (Lil House On The Prairie)

Lil House On The Prairie (LHOTP) is aptly named because it’s located on the edge of Nachusa Grassland’s 1,000 acre south Bison pasture. The 100+ herd of free ranging Bison can often be viewed right along the boundary fence to the west! This recently remodeled two bedroom cottage can sleep six with two queen size beds and with a pull out sofa bed. LHOTP offers a quiet, convenient, and comfortable place to base your adventures from.
