What a gem! We had a perfect stay that truly exceeded our expectations. Marloe is just lovely, the stay was fabulous in every way, and our dogs had a ball! Thank you, Marloe and Lawrence, we hope to stay with you again soon

We had a fantastic stop over at Kitty's Place. peaceful and tranquil surroundings. We had the entire house. Kitty was a superhost. Beds were comfy, linen was clean and fresh. We felt right at home after a superb home-cooked meal provided by Kitty.

I booked Donve's place for my sister who was travelling from Gauteng to the Eastern Cape. It was a last minute decision to stop over and Donve was very accommodating. On arrival my sister sent me a message to say "oh my word, it's so beautiful, I may never leave". She also said that she slept so well and ate her breakfast with mousebirds in the tree next to her, looking at the beautiful view. Thank you Donve for hosting my sister. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place.

Comfortable, host was always responsive but still gave us complete privacy throughout. Was a lovely drive to break up the monotony of the n1. The pool was refreshing -to cool down and unwind after the long drive

What a lovely place and perfect for our overnight stay. Had everything we needed. Check in was easy, place was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. The host response and proactive.

What an absolute treat staying over at Jacqueline's. We arrived quite late and Jacqueline made to sure communicate with us regarding the road to their place and how best to be safe. The place itself was really quaint and comfortable, really great set up, amazing shower, very comfortable bed and we felt right at home. Our doggo lived playing with Boela, the resident Boerboel, he's such a gentle giant. Jaco and Jacqueline made us feel right at home and were extremely welcoming and friendly, we had a really great chat. We even left with a beautiful plant from their garden, can't wait to plant it. Was really a wonderful and comfortable stay. Wish we were there for longer to check out the town, had a really good time.

We had a great stop over on our road trip. We could easily have stayed longer did we not have to move on. The pool was a winner!

The pictures doesn’t do the place justice the view, the garden you need to see for yourself. Felt right at home with the old farm house feel. I would choose this place every time. Thank you for welcoming family with such warmth.

The accommodation was comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The views of the dam were breathtaking, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. This was an unforgettable stay in many ways! First of all, the location. Yes, it is remote but you get so much in return. Peace, serenity and surrounded by stunning nature. The lodges (there are only 3) are clean and spacious with some really nice details and cosy interior. It does get quite warm during the nights in summer. To cool off we loved enjoying the plunge pool or the outdoor shower! But Sydney - who basically takes care of everything when you’re staying at the lodge - made our stay even better. He works hard, always with a big smile and so kind.

The brightes blue of our beautiful african skies coloured by a bright yellow early spring sun, sometimes warm reds and then hues of purple bringing a sence of peace that heals the subconscious in a way the words will never be able to descripe. We had a fabulous stay at Elaine’s place. Our host Jane really went out of her way to make our stay pleasant. She informed us of many wonderful places to enjoy ourselves which we really appreciate. We are family of six and had everything we needed. The house is fully equipped, a home away from home. We will definitely recommend this place for the best stay in Plettenberg Bay.

Michelle is an incredible host. I had car trouble on the day and was delayed. Michelle kept checking in and reassuring me that they are flexible to support me. And the unit was exactly what I needed for a 1 night stopover. Lovely set up for pets, amazing shower, aircon and comfortable, clean bed. I'll definitely stop over here again next time.

If you're looking for a peaceful and serene place to stay with a proper farm house experience and like to see the stars at night, you can't go wrong! This is my new halfway to the coast for sure.

A wonderful spot if you are looking for a remote & peaceful but still very comfortable stay. We try and find out of the way spots that showcases the best of the beautiful SA countryside and Lindys place is certainly one of those. The home is very secluded and private with excellent finishings too. If you are an astronomy or star-gazing enthusiast then this is a highly recommended location as the nigh sky is unbelievably awesome here. Literally horizon to horizon...

A lovely stopover between Gauteng and Cape Town, it was exactly what we needed to recharge before heading out the following day. Mike was there to greet us when we arrived, and he was both helpful and kind.

We had nice and interesting stay. The house is so cosy and full of beautiful details. Sue is the best host ever. She told us everything about the amazing house and is truly the nicest person on earth. She gave us a warm welcome. We could have talked to her forever.

I had never been to Bethulie before and it was a great place for a stayover on our way to PE. Lovely village with a lovely restaurant and Jacqueline and Jaco were fabulous hosts. Very welcoming and the cottage was exactly what we needed after the long drive. I'll stop by there again anyday.
