On site amenities include indoor & outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts and game room. XC and alpine skiing, hiking, mt. biking, golf, and many cultural events are at your fingertips. We are just 200 yds. from the Bike Path, on the bus route to the Mountain, and within walking distance to fabulous restaurants. Come and enjoy the many special events Stowe has to offer.

This condo lies in the heart of the original Jay Village, offering flexible living space for a family or group of friends. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, everyone can have the space that they need. Access via private entrance with a mud room for leaving all the outdoor gear, in summer and in winter. Enjoy free parking, outside space and a balcony with a serene view into the woods. The Notchbrook Nook is nestled at the top of Notchbrook road in a group of condos that overlook beautiful views and is only minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort. The pool is open for summer months until Labor Day & reopens in late November for ski season. The Matterhorn restaurant sits at the bottom of the road and is a must experience Aprés spot. You are literally less than 10 mins from the slopes & downtown restaurants/shops. The condo and Notchbrook property are NON-smoking.

Much to explore- visit local farms & apple orchards, great hikes and Lake Champlain, breweries and wineries.

Only 4 miles door to door from the condo to the mountain. Views of the tollhouse area directly from the living room deck! There are very few properties with closer access to the mountain than Notchbrook. Our location provides easy access to both the mountain with all its amenities, or to the town and surrounding areas.
