The living room and bedrooms are carpeted and the bathrooms and kitchen are laminate wood floor.

The property is behind the home I live in- completely detached from the main house. There is a full flight of outdoor stairs that lead to the apartment. We are located across from the Currituck sound- this is a quiet oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city, please respect and enjoy our piece of paradise.
