Emma and her family were lovely and welcoming. She was available whenever we needed something and was very approachable. Her home is nice, private and spacious, the kitchen although we knew it was small was a little hard to work in especially with little ones. The rooms all had en-suites which was extremely useful when younger ones needed to use the toilet at the same time. Downside was only one shower/ bath could be used at a time due to water pressure. She told us this upon arrival and we just worked around it. The garden is beautiful, children really enjoyed they’re time as plenty of space to run around. Loved the white bedding and soft furnishings as it always helps make a place feel clean and fresh.

We loved our stay at Miranda’s place! It was clean, the views were stunning & she was extremely responsive and helpful. Thankful for this wonderful spot for some time with family!

The surroundings were lovely and a large enclosed garden was great for the dog and our 3 children. we had many a happy night in the hot tub. Lots of things for the kids to play with. We drove to all the local beaches would say most things are within an hour's drive and would recommend watermouth castle as a day out if you have kids!

Lovely stay at The Nest. Great communication from the host, beautiful home and wonderful location for exactly what we needed. Our only point to note is that the cottage is not where it says on Google & Apple Maps and there is no phone signal in the area. This meant we had to ask people in the village for their help to find the correct location. Using ‘what3words’ or clear directions would maybe be helpful for future guests 😊 Overall a lovely stay and would recommend.

A beautifully kept cottage with plenty to do within walking distance, friendly locals, and an unlimited amount of nature to explore. Ceri and Daniel are great hosts, and clearly care about their guests! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, would highly recommend.

A fabulous stay! Emma & Kevin are lovely hosts. They are both knowledgeable on the area with great recommendations. They really cared about making our stay enjoyable and relaxing which we felt. We added on some extras - hot tub, scones and sourdough. The scones and sourdough were delicious - a real treat! The hot tub was such a luxury and it’s brilliant that Kevin heats it all for you, so you just get the relaxing. The property is just like the photos and as described. It’s really well kept. Lots of beautiful finishes in the property making it such a great place to stay. It’s in a great location - 25 minutes drive to some beautiful beaches, 5 minute walk to a lovely pub with great food and beautiful gardens, 20 minute drive to Totnes and Ben’s Farm shop. We took our dog too and she was welcomed by Emma and Kevin with some special treats! The property worked well for her too with lots of great walks on the doorstep. We will definitely be booking in again! Thank you so much!

We had a delightful peaceful stay at the Old Tractor Shed. The place was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfy and the bath in particular was lovely. We enjoyed the local farm shop and livestock in the surrounding fields! A great little getaway in the countryside.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Little Waddons! The cottage is cozy, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The highlight was definitely the hot tub and bbq perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The garden is absolutely stunning, a peaceful oasis full of color and charm. A huge thank you to Alison and Jeremy for being such thoughtful and welcoming hosts. Your attention to detail and warm hospitality made our stay extra special, thank you for our cream tea and help with the hot tub mid week.

Having booked holiday accommodation around the world for decades, we can honestly report that Fish Cottage rates amongst the very best. Blissfully peaceful, extremely well equipped, stacked with books and, served with good broadband, set in a fabulously planted garden and - glory of glories - no TV. Who could conceivably wish for more?

We had a lovely Easter Weekend, with the house ticking all the boxes! It is fully equipped with everything you need and the best distance we’ve ever had to the local pub!! It was about a 25 minute drive to Lyme Regis and a great location for exploring the area! Alison’s communication was extremely quick throughout our stay and the check in was really clear and simple. Would definitely recommend a stay here ☺️

We loved this cottage. It was close to the centre but it’s position made it feel tucked away from the main village. We loved the views and the feeling of spaciousness that looking down across the village gave us. We loved the cosy living room and the log burning effect gas fire was very realistic. The larder was very convenient for extra storage as we cooked every evening we stayed. We hope to come and stay again.

Kristina’s cottage is fantastic! Great location in Kilmington, we used it as a base for Lyme Regis/Charmouth, Hive Beach and for seeing family over in central Devon. Very clean and charming cottage that was surprisingly spacious. Everything we needed was provided, we hugely appreciated the little touches like a pint of milk to get us going and delicious scones with jam and cream, these were very thoughtful. These would elevate Kristina’s stay from 5 stars to 6 stars if we could 😊 We definitely recommend Khushi Kitchen (just round the corner from the cottage), we thought this was absolutely brilliant and tasted amazing too. We will be back very soon to stay here again, and will definitely be recommending it on to friends and family. Thank you so much Kristina 😊

We really enjoyed our stay here it was excellent! The cottage was lovely, with super views across to the Hoe. Some very good places to eat and drink nearby, and lots of place to walk. We had a lovely holiday and hope to return again very soon.

Spotlessly clean hideaway. So peaceful yet minutes walk from the centre of Dawlish. Completely safe walled garden for the dogs. Train station 5min away, great coastal scenery in all directions. Nice walk to Dawlish Warren and plenty of places to eat and drink. 3 generations and suited us all. Would highly recommend.

We had such a great time at Caroline’s cottage, the location is stunning and the cottage felt immediately like home. Caroline has thought of everything and it’s the little touches which really made our stay, fresh local milk in the fridge, lovely soaps, shower gels etc. Extra rugs and a spare lead for our dog, and even a bat detector which our son really enjoyed. Overall a fab experience, we’ll definitely be coming back

We had a wonderful stay with Clive and his family, he was kind enough to let us feed his new born lambs. The Accomodation was very well stocked for everything we could need and was exceptionally well stocked for a baby

We had a lovely girls weekend away at Sharon’s place, it was perfect for our stay as is so central and had shops all around to quickly re-stock on wine and other groceries! The living room was social whilst cooking and chatting. The garden was a lovely addition and catches the sun. The house was stocked with everything we needed (even spices!). The beds were really comfortable; the whole place felt like a home. The parking permit was fab and car park not even 2 mins walk away. Sharon herself was super responsive and just generally lovely to deal with. Sharon thank you for hosting us we had a memorable weekend thanks to your place xx

Communication with Mark was great. The house is really lovely, as described, and the oak extension is great. It is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and our 3 year old grandchild slept well in the peace and quiet. Thank you Mark.... we definitely would like to return.

As a group of four we had an excellent stay at Briardene. The cottage had plenty of space and was extremely well equipped and very clean and stylish. The hot tub was lovely and the quiet nights enabled a good night's sleep. There were two parking spaces which was great as the village is small with narrow roads. The village pub was warm and welcoming and the food was great. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Really lovely place to stay. Very friendly and welcoming. Well setup in cabin and good selection of dvds for wet weather. 4G was fine for us.

A really cosy and comfortable cottage in a beautiful location in east Devon. Was very simple to get to Sidmouth and Budleigh Salterton, and there was also lovely areas to walk arouns right by the cottage. Cottage nicely spacious and had everything we needed.

We had a lovely stay at Kirsten’s place. It is a very nice lodge/cottage with plenty of space for four, although there was only the two of us. It’s conveniently located to explore north Devon. We really enjoyed cycling the Tarka Trail which is traffic free. Kirsten was very responsive and provided all the information required for our stay.
