We stayed 7 nights at Crabtree #3 and loved it. You can’t beat the clean white sand beach & crystal blue waters in your front yard! And best snorkeling on island with puffer fish, octopus, barracuda & lots of colorful fish even in waist-deep water. We saw 3 other people on the beach the entire time. House was wonderful!!!- only the bedrooms are air conditioned and living room gets hot (and we’re from Texas). Restaurants are “ok” and pricey. Cooked most meals, but grocery store is pricey - $10 butter, $7 shredded chz. Rented a golf cart which is needed IMO. WiFi is fast (I had to work). On scuba dive - my 13 yr old saw a 12’ Hammerhead at 90’ & loved “the wall.” He caught a 15 lb blue fin tuna, smaller mackerel, alabacore and two barracuda. Typically catch ~10 fish on deep sea fishing trips but happy. Local dogs & donkeys are friendly. We felt safe - slept with doors open / screens locked. Overall the most peaceful vacation ever!

Marie is incredibly responsive and wants to make your trip as enjoyable as possible. She has put brand new patio chairs outside which are nice with the umbrellas. I even saw some humpback whales at sunset which was amazing. It’s a very relaxing and pleasant stay and a short walk from the diving centres.

Marie was above and beyond responsive. There were a few hiccups with the rental, but she was quick to alleviate whatever question/concerns we had, so it's not worth mentioning. There was an air conditioning unit in living room, and both bedrooms. Huge bonus. The rental is not a St. Regis by any stretch, but if you're looking for a beautiful location, a well kept place, and I gracious hostess...you found it!

This place is amazing! Super clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need. Bikes included were perfect for getting around for the week. Located approx 5 min walk from a beautiful beach in a quiet neighbourhood. Frequent visits by local donkeys and horses due to the fruit tree in the front! Hosts were helpful and responsive. Already planning our next visit! Highly recommend booking this place if you are considering it.

Marc and Patsy were PHENOMENAL! The listing is as exactly as described! Clean, cozy, and comfortable! Combined with the natural relaxing ambiance of the island, this is a place you may never want to leave. What made the experience even better was Marc and Patsy as people! Marc took us on a tour of the island on our first day. Patsy thoughtfully got a gift for my son in honor of his birthday and stocked the fridge and pantry with snacks and basic groceries. You really could not ask for better hosts than these two. Their dogs are also the friendliest and sweetest dogs ever. I can’t sing their praises enough. Will definitely visit again and highly recommend them to anyone that may be on the fence. You absolutely won’t regret it!

I had a very relaxing stay. Virginia was very nice, friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the beautiful view of the beach and breathtaking sunrises and sunset views. I enjoyed my stay so much i recommended to a few friends already. I will definitely go again and again.

We had an amazing vacation at flamingo villas. It was so easy for us to settle in and relax. The property is exactly as shown. It’s two floors with the kitchen, living room and 1/2 bath on the main floor and a patio door to the porch and stairs to the small shared pool. The pool is small but it’s cleaned daily and it was enough for our two boys. If you’re concerned about the size of the pool don’t be, the ocean is just steps away. Access to the beach isn’t the best but once you hit the sand it’s worth it. You can walk the beach to a less rocky area in less than a minute. The kitchen offered everything we needed to prepare our meals and a table for four. The living space is spacious with a love seat and oversized single chair with a tv. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms each with its own patio and direct access to a 3 pcs bathroom. There are beaches, restaurants, bars and shops a short walk in either direction. I recommend renting a golf cart to explore the whole island.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Salt Hill House. We absolutely fell in love with Salt Cay and the people we met there. We watched the sunrise and sunset from the platform nearly every day. The houses location at the southern end of the island was great for seeing the flamingos and free roaming donkeys, cows and chickens. The house was perfect for the three of us, we loved the open floor plan. We brought a lot of food and felt right at home in the kitchen. Eloisa took great care of us and runs the small shop next door. We used the bikes every day and didn’t need a golf cart. We were there in late March and whale season was still active, we bit the bullet and went out for a half day with Salt Cay Divers. It was more than worth it, we saw many whales and got in the water with a pair. We walked around and looked at a lot of different houses and felt like Salt Hill House was the place for us. We’d go back in a heartbeat.

Nate and Lucy were very responsive and answered any questions we had. Since this was our first time on the island, we had many questions. They gave us great recommendations and options for places to eat, shop, relax, etc. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Absolutely fantastic stay at the sunflower villa! Katy had coordinated their property manger to meet us at the airport to show us the house and coordinated our golf cart rental for the week as well. The house was in a great spot right on the ocean,which was perfect for evening walks along the beach for sunset. House was clean,in good order,and had everything we needed for our stay.

Wow! We were here only for a few days, what a beautiful place! The house: loved it. Charming and easy beach vibe, spacious and well equipped. Open concept living and kitchen space was great, and the front deck was our favorite spot to relax. The beach was absolutely beautiful and just steps from the house. We'd walk over for a swim without towels and chairs...just a quick stroll to and from the house! Bedrooms: large and spacious, the beds are comfortable. Clean bathrooms are a major deal for me and happy on that front too. Location: Groceries, liquor stores, and restaurants are all walking distance, super convenient. The kitchen has everything for making your own meals and that's always great. Rent a golf cart if you can, highly recommend. Kathleen helped as needed and communication never a problem, gave us pointers to make the most of our time there. Overall, a real gem. Landed back home in a snow storm and missing that beautiful beach already...can't wait to visit again!

Amazing!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Incredible peaceful vibe from check in to check out! The unit was spacious, had open & airy breezes, immaculate, comfortable and had everything you needed, yet with ZERO clutter. Tasteful beachy contemporary feel to the condo! The ocean/beach views from every room & window were beautiful & sunsets off the balcony were breathtaking. The hosts?…you can’t find better! We were greeted with a beautiful warm welcome & smiles throughout our stay!! Ginny arranged our golf cart & taxi, left their doors open should we need anything while still making us feel like we were alone & had the entire property to ourselves to enjoy!! The host was very friendly and helpful from the time of booking to check out. The condo was easy to locate, and it was clean and had the essentials that was needed, very pleased with our stay. you can also order cakes from the host and as always it was delicious :)

The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to local shops and restaurants.
