Our home is equipped with comfortable linens, a fully stocked kitchen, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, & a secluded outdoor dining area with a gas grill, fire pit & fenced yard. We are just blocks away from the public beach, downtown shops, boardwalk, and restaurants. Golf cart rentals can be reserved thru local companies

Immaculately maintained 4-bedroom waterfront home + home gym on Cobb Island with water views from every window! Four beach cruiser bikes & private dock w/ 4 kayaks, to enjoy the peaceful Neale Sound. Hot tub + private deck off of the kitchen. Wall of windows inside the home, flooded w/ natural sunlight. Views of the sound & the river side of the island. 3 BR are large (2 King beds/1 Queen), w/ their own BA (1 BR w/ BA is on 1st floor, no stairs). Smart TV's in 3 BR's. Great entertaining space!

It has two bottom floor bed/bath combos, plus a fabulous sleeping loft for the kids!

Delaney’s Compound Guest House accommodates up to 4 guests. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval & $75 fee (for 1st pet). A small fenced yard keeps them safe! The Guest House was built using reclaimed lumber & other charming elements from the original farmhouse outbuilding (circa 1889). There’s a cozy fireplace for snuggling and a second floor balcony for coffee or cocktails. The front yard has a fire pit and river views. The Guest House is sparkling clean, fully furnished & ready to welcome you!

However, the space is small and it is really a studio apartment as I think the pictures make evident.
