Locația a fost foarte ok, exact ce am sperat. Singura inconveniență a fost starea in care se afla drumul din zona locației.

Ne-am simtit minunat in apartamentul cozy al Ilincai! Arata exact ca in poze, as spune chiar mai bine in realitate, foarte curat si bine organizat, ne-am simtit ca acasa de indata ce am intrat. Ilinca este foarte draguta si prompta, ghidul oferit de ea legat de check-in si check-out ne-a fost de mare ajutor pentru a pastra locul exact asa cum l-am gasit si nu numai. Cu siguranta vom mai alege locul Ilincai pentru viitoarele vizite la Cluj! 10/10

Apartamentul este ca in descriere, a decurs tot normal, informațiile au fost de mare ajutor, curat.

Firstly I want to say that Florin is great guy. He met us in person in front of the building, and greeted us as we are his friends, not Abnb guests. The location is in residential area, nearby Cluj Arena. The flat is more than just another airbnb apartment, it is a home. When we entered the place, we immediately felt like we are at home. It is spacious, exactly like in photos, everything is new and well decorated and with a lot of daylight. Cleanliness is at highest level, and the flat offers magnificent view of the city, Can`t tell when is better, during the day or night. Florin is great guy, who told us about Salina Turda (must see), he was proactive and friendly, provide us with his private parking spot in front of the building, and offered himself to help us with resolving some parking ticket we`ve managed to get :-) If you are visiting Cluj, Florin should be your host. Thanks for everythin.

Gazda a fost super amabilă și atentă la detalii, asigurându-se că avem tot ce ne trebuie Recomand din tot sufletul acest apartament, fie pentru o vacanță liniștită, fie pentru o ocazie specială, cum a fost Revelionul nostru. Really responsive hosts. The place was well-equipped, with everything I needed for my stay. It is a comfortable and welcoming place, with well thought out amenities and nice ambiental lights. Quiet location, close to some nice Cluj areas and 20 mins away from the city center. The available bicycle was a really cool addition. I recommend the place!

It felt like home the moment I entered the door. Very cozy, clean and spacious with everything you need. The parking lot was extremely helpful. I would definitely come back anytime.

The price is convenient for what you get

Totul a fost foarte ok, potrivit pentru o persoană, maxim 2. Foarte curat. Baia extrem de mica, mai ales cabina de duș, pentru cineva mai “ voluminos” poate fi o problema, dar eu m-am descurcat. Raport calitate-preț foarte bun.

We had a wonderful stay at Bianca’s apartment. The space is modern, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed—it truly felt like home. The check-in process was smooth, and Bianca was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this apartment!

Szép tágad beltér, antik bútorok. Jól megközelíthető, közelben több étterem és programlehetőségek, közel vannak a buszmegállók. A házigazda készséges, segítőkész, gyorsan válaszol, ha kell valami gyorsan intézkedik. Ajánlani tudom!

We had a nice stay at the apartment. It is really nice and cozy and the terrace was super cool to have. Definitely recommend it!

Nice, spacious apartment in a residential complex near Cluj-Napoca. We only stayed one night and did not use many of the amenities, but it looked like everything you might need was available.

O locație excelentă și superbă din toate punctele de vedere. Este foarte aproape de Iulius mall (cred că e un drum de 15 min de mers pe jos). Cazarea in sine, foarte frumos amenajata, dotată cu tot ce aveai nevoie, și mi-a plăcut enorm tematica apartamentului.M-am simțit că acasă!😇 Recomandat cu căldură aceasta cazare! Cu siguranță dacă voi mai veni prin Cluj, o sa revin la Boat House!😁
