Crabtree Cottage Te Awanga

Crabtree Cottage, featured in House and Garden January 2017, is the perfect getaway for couples wanting to escape to a super comfortable and stylish cottage. Nestled into the delightful seaside village of Te Awanga, it's a stones throw from the beach, cycle trails, world-class wineries and the Cape Kidnappers golf course. The cottage has all the charms of the original seaside bach but its fit-out is perfect for long summer days and nights and in the colder months as a warm and cosy retreat.

Outskirt Escape

Enjoy the tiny home living experience in our Outskirt Escape, situated on a lifestyle property surrounded by fruit trees, garden, and lawns. Enjoy the serenity of rural living while still being 5 minutes from town. A couple of highlights include foraging in our home orchard, home baking on arrival, or for something a little more active, why not have a go on our pickleball court. Living in our bespoke tiny home will be a unique experience. You are bound to feel relaxed and at home here.

Modern architecturally renovated studio Tuki Tuki

A beautiful little studio in the magical Tuki Tuki valley. Incredibly peaceful and in a very scenic location looking over a small vineyard to the river. Handy to Napier, Hastings and Havelock North. A perfect location from which to enjoy Hawke’s Bay events. The studio has a small kitchenette but no cooking facilities. Bbq available. Perfect for short stays. A short drive to the cycle ways, wineries, trout fishing and beaches. Breakfast for $25 per person may be available on request.

Aslantis - a stunning beach front oasis.

Aslantis Beach House marries Art Deco and Spanish Mission architecture with inspiring ocean views, fabulous front gardens and a wonderful Mediterranean style courtyard . A 1 to 2 minute walk and you'll have access to a well stocked 4 square dairy, takeaway and pub (including pizzas) A 15 minute drive and you'll be in Hastings. Havelock North or Napier, one of the Art Deco capitals of the world. Aslantis Beach House is a great getaway for couples and business travellers.

Richmond Cottage

Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

You'll have your own private outdoor area to unwind in, complete with a BBQ and chiminea to create the perfect atmosphere for a glass of wine at the end of the day. Close to cycle trails leading to stunning scenery and local wineries. Short walk to river/beach. Stroll down to our local pub, restaurant or cafe. Cottage is not suitable for children.

Ideally located, it’s just 10–15 minutes to Napier, Hastings, and Havelock North, with HB Sports Park and EIT Pettigrew Arena in Taradale only minutes away. A perfect base for exploring the region! Our stylish cottage has the best of both worlds. Rural, quiet setting, only a 3 minute drive from the fabulous Havelock North village. Situated on a very special, peaceful, slice of paradise, on an apple orchard, on the northern outskirts of the village. Minutes from Hawkes Bay's amazing attractions. A twenty five minute drive to the Napier airport. Our swimming pool is situated behind the main house, 30 meters over the paddock.
