This was the first time my family and I went to the East Coast, we’re born and raised in CA. This location was PERFECT for a family reunion we had planned ahead of time and the pricing was immaculate. Big thanks to the hosts for being so helpful and having an amazing place!

This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

I can’t praise Anthony’s home enough. This was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! The house was immaculate and well-stocked. It was so cozy and we felt right at home. The backyard is so cool to have right in the middle of the city - our dog loved it. The location is incredible - so many great restaurants to walk to but also very quiet and peaceful. It’s very close to two subway stations and parking was usually very easy to find. Anthony was also so friendly and accommodating - it’s clear he cares very much about the guest experience. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Tina was awesome to work with! Very accommodating of our group at the last minute. Her place was clean and the WiFi held up with 8 of us happily posting on social media. The short walk to the waterfront offers some of the best views of New York City. I would stay again as would the rest of my group.

Staying at Mr. Prakash’s place felt like being at home — or even better, like visiting a beloved relative. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Prakash welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we immediately felt comfortable and cared for. The home was spotless, beautifully arranged, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Mr. Prakash went above and beyond in every way — always available, incredibly thoughtful, and genuinely hospitable. This wasn’t just a stay; it was a heartfelt experience that we’ll always remember. We are so grateful and would return without hesitation. Highly, recommend!

I just wanna make it clear to anyone that left a bad review because their significant other didn’t show up or stay the night after you bought them a chef and didn’t get a full refund after using the place for a full night. Your blasphemy. It’s a perfect place and Roma is an angel. It was a 10 out of 10 spotless and fully working place to be at and im glad I went had two of the best nights of my life. Loved it 😌

Og provided us with seamless instructions. Parking is a little tricky but that’s anywhere near NYC. If you’re looking to impress someone this apartment has the right views and right vibes to set the right tone and mood. The view of Manhattan is breathe taking and it’s right out your front door. Also extremely affordable considering the Billion Dollar view. Looking forward to staying again next time I’m in the city!

Obwohl die Unterkunft eine sogenannte Souterrainwohnung war (auf einer Seite sieht man die Füße der Vorbeigehenden; die andere Seite hat jedoch einen Zugang zum Innenhof) haben wir (3 Pers.) uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Dadurch, dass wir tagsüber immer in NY-City waren hat es uns auch nicht weiter gestört. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Im nahen Umfeld gibt es e. kl. Minimarket, kleine Restaurant (Take-away, Asiaten, Mexikaner, Brasilianer, super nettes Frühstücks-Cafe usw.) Ein größerer Supermarkt ca. 15 Min. entfernt (zu Fuß). Noch 1 Block weiter gehen und man sitzt am Ufer vom Hudson-River. Genialer Blick auf die Skyline; etwas nach rechts gehen Miss Liberty. Zur Station "Groove" vom "Path" sind es nur 5 Min. Mit dem Zug ist man in 20 Min in Manhattan World-Trade-Center. Nur dicke Socken oder Hausschuhe sollte man dabei haben. Der Boden war schon recht kühl (April). Am Ende waren wir froh nicht Downtown zu sein. Die Gegend hat Charme.

My trip was focused around Digital Nomading by day and Broadway shows at night. This place worked out great for me. Quiet, private, great Wi-Fi, a 7-Eleven close by for beverages/snacks. I took the host's suggestion to Uber over to the PATH station and take that train/subway to the 33rd street exit in NYC. From there you can connect to NYC subways and be in the Times Square/Broadway area in just 1 or 2 stops. I felt safe doing this even as a middle-aged solo woman. I will say the whole route took quite some time (over an hour), yet I saved more than $1k for the week using this AirBNB compared to hotels on Broadway. It was all an adventure I enjoyed and would do again. The hosts live upstairs, but they respected my privacy and I did not see them at all. Plus you get a separate entrance for this unit. Ideal set up. Thank you!

This was the best stocked Airbnb that I have ever stayed at. If you forgot to bring something, not to worry it was here. The view of the Hudson river in that region is unmatched. You will not find any more scenic. Clean, modern open floor plan that lets in plenty of light to allow the full experience of the extraordinary view. It is not far from the historic and notorious Sing Sing correctional facility. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Kona is a beautiful home to stay. The place was clutter free and well decorated, it looked exactly like it was on the photos. The house was very well maintained. The rooms were large and lots of well planned space. Elayna is a great host. She was always ready with an answer within 30 minutes of asking. She is not only responsive but very friendly. The property had all the amenities as promised in the description. I would recommend this place very strongly to friends and family for future. I would rate Kona a five star property and Elayna a five star host.

El apartamento es mas bonito que en las fotos.. limpieza impecable . Denia siempre amable y respondia a tiempo. Fue retador el uso de 1 solo baño para los 4 que fuimos, pero nos organizamos bien en los horarios para salir a tiempo a cada actividad.. Volveria nueva vez!!

The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.

David's Airbnb is the best place to stay at if you're looking for quiet and safe location to rest in. In my case the perfect place to get work done without any distractions and get some much needed rest. The place was filled with all the necessary essentials, from clean dishware and towels/toiletries and even extra food to use. David, the host himself, was also incredibly helpful throughout the Airbnb stay; consistently responsive. Checks in on you to make sure if you're ok and to answer any questions you may have. Finally the best thing about this host is that while I did not know what to do around the neighborhood; David was kind enough to provide a binder full of information regarding restaurants, things to do, and details about the Airbnb itself. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb for the homely aesthetic, peaceful neighborhood, and access to variety things to do. I most definitely look forward to reserving this Airbnb again in the future.

Friendly staff. Nice options for the daily food trucks. Gym was better than expected/ better than the usual hotel or apartment gym. Enjoyed using the cafe’s coffee and hot chocolate machine. The room was spacious, as well as the bathroom and bedroom and closet.

Mac allowed us to check in early, which was a huge help as we traveled with our 93-year-old dad. Upon arrival, the check-in instructions were clear and accurate. The house was clean and actually looked even better than the pictures. The pool was very nice, and my brother swam every day we were there. It was great to have a full kitchen stocked with a plethora of cutlery, plates, cups, pots, and pans. We had a small issue with the tv as it stopped working. Mac was on it immediately, and the tv came back on within 30 minutes or so. Although it was buffering when we first arrived, whatever Mac had his ISP do to the modem/router, the tv and internet worked seamlessly afterward. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would stay here again. We were very pleased with the home! Thank you, Mac and Shama for being such gracious hosts!

I had an exceptional stay at this Airbnb! The unit was impeccably clean, and located in a very safe neighborhood. It’s conveniently close to New York and Manhattan, with easy access within 25 minutes. Plus, there are lots of convenient stores around. The host was incredibly responsive, addressing any minor issues promptly. I highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area

I stayed for the month of April with my dog and everything was great. The grounds are well maintained and the building has a ton of amenities including garage parking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short term rental!

Delighted we picked Martha’s place for our stay in Queens. The place is exactly as described. Clean, comfy, and in a good location for exploring the city. Would def stay again if visiting NYC.
