Great for a girls wine weekend in Palisade. The house had so many fun things to do and the decor was adorable. Had a great time and everyone was really comfortable

Maria’s place was perfect for our long weekend in the desert. We had 8 adults and everyone had their own bed. The large kitchen was great for hanging out, cooking together and socializing. The backyard with pool and hot rub are amazing and the basement ping pong and fooseball were a hit too. We had lots of golf clubs and bikes so the garage space was also much appreciated.

Candace was a great host and the hot tub was super amazing!

I chose this place for a 20-person bachelorette trip. It fit everyone pretty well. We set up one queen air mattress in the kids room. A note about the layout of the house: the master bedroom is in the basement and has a door to the backyard. Many people used this path to get outside instead of the outdoor staircase off the kitchen. This means that the master bedroom wasn’t very private. Additionally, the basement level (which has the master bedroom and the kids bedroom) only has one full bath which is in the master bedroom. It wasn’t an issue for us. Just an fyi as you plan your trip. The hosts were accommodating, kind, and responsive. The house was very clean when we arrived. The pool and hot tub were so much fun. Under a ten minute drive to the entrance of Colorado National Monument and to downtown GJ.

I didn’t realize this place was nestled right among an orchard! So cool watching the moon rise above the orchard and Grand Mesa while relaxing in the hot tub. The kitchen had everything. Comfy, cozy, and unique.

The owner was so friendly and accommodating. Great communication. The perfect place for my hubby and I to crash after a grueling trail run.

We loved it!!! Brad and Sarah are great host when we needed something they responded promptly and were always friendly I definitely recommend this place, it’s cozy loved the decoration and beds were really comfortable the whole home was very clean.. thank you Brad and Sarah for having us and when we go to Colorado I’ll definitely be looking forward to staying there again❤️👌

This place is magnificent! Exactly as pictured. We were a party of 11 in town for a wedding and the place is so spacious you never felt like you were on top of each other. Dog friendly. Amazing saltwater pool. Giant kitchen was stocked well. Very tastefully decorated! Plenty of pillows, blankets, closet space. Nicole was SUPER responsive and very easy to work with. Party-friendly ABnBs are not easy to come by and she was great about the planning and reasonable cost per head over in LITERALLY the perfect space. Convenient to everywhere. Worth every penny we spent.

Townhouse was perfect for our needs! Pictures are an accurate representation of the unit. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Kitchen has full size appliances, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, utensils, and even small appliances (toaster, coffee pot, kettle). Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in the bathroom. Plenty of towels and extra pillows, as well. There are pods for the dishwasher and detergent and dryer sheets for the washer and dryer. The only thing we couldn’t find was Kleenex. Beds were comfortable (firm but with a pillow top) with quality bedding including both fitted and flat sheets with a duvet comforter. Plenty of outlets available. Climate control (heat and a/c) was simple to understand and kept us quite comfortable. TV and internet were easy to operate and worked well. Garage parking is a bonus. There are no steps into or inside the house, so great for those with mobility issues. We visited with five adults ages 25-80.

We used Sienna’s place as our base for a week of mountain biking. Sienna’s place was really clean, with comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen (with spices, coffee, and sharp knives!), and a big private back yard. Sienna was a great host; friendly, responsive and helpful. The house is an easy walk to downtown shops, restaurants and brewpubs. I can easily recommend this place!

We had a great stay at Kellene's place. She was communicative and helpful regarding checkin, the home was very clean, and the kitchen well-equipped. The only thing to be aware of is that the upstairs bedroom can only be accessed by walking through the primary bedroom - which may not be ideal depending on your group situation. Overall we had a very good experience and would recommend.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cette maison avec un groupe d’amis. Nous étions 3 couples, 2 des couples ont dormis à l’étage principal et 1 couple au sous-sol. Le sous-sol comprend sa propre cuisine et salle de bain. Les deux couples à l’étage avaient leur propre salle de bain. Nous n’avons pas occupé la dernière chambre avec deux lits simples et une salle de bain; elle aurait été parfaite pour des enfants. Les photos représentent bien la maison et nous sommes très satisfait de notre séjour. La maison est située à distance de marche de la « main » avec un bon choix de resto. C’était parfait pour notre court séjour.

The place was amazing! Such great indoor spaces - enough for kids to have an area and adults as well. Great spaces for private time for adults to be in separate rooms and not bug each other with television or typing. The kitchen has an amazing view - really views from every room! We wandered from the house into the Colorado National Monument. so cool to walk there and back following game trails.

What a gorgeous place surrounded by palisades, vineyards, and mountains. The house itself was very beautiful and comfortable. We loved everything about it! Thank you to the hosts for great recommendations on restaurants, wineries, and hiking!

The house fit our needs perfectly. It was clean and comfortable and well-situated to take advantage of downtown Grand Junction.

The Peach Chalet was the perfect home away from home for our stay. Cozy and inviting, it had everything we needed for a comfortable extended visit. The views were stunning. The well-stocked kitchen made cooking easy, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel especially warm and welcoming. The location was peaceful yet conveniently close to Palisade and Grand Junction--and the perfect jumping-off point for skiing at Powderhorn. Jennifer and Justin were incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. We would absolutely stay here again!"

Christie’s home in Grand Junction was a pleasure to stay in. The home was beautiful and very clean. Lots of small thoughtful touches made it feel very comfortable, like we were staying at a friend’s home while they were away. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked with an assortment of pans, small appliances, and even spices to cook with. The beds were comfortable and we had no issues with check in or accessing the wi-fi. The location was also great - it was close to supermarkets and the mall, while the drive to the downtown area was less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is planning a trip to Grand Junction.

We had an amazing girls' weekend at this beautiful home in Palisade! The location was perfect, near the wineries and perched on top of a lovely bluff with stunning views of the surrounding mesas. It has a relatively steep gravel road to the top but nothing a truck or SUV can't handle and well worth it for its seclusion! The directions provided were very easy to follow. The house itself was spacious, pristine, beautifully decorated, and had absolutely EVERYTHING we needed for a relaxing getaway. When I say everything, I mean everything - coffee, filters, tea, hot chocolate, spices, napkins, snacks, shampoo and conditioner, iron/board, fans, and more...I was blown away by how well-stocked it was. It was so nice not having to run to the grocery store after arriving late! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in wine country.

Very clean!!! Dogs loved the big fenced back yard. Nice carport for my truck. Quiet. All appliances worked great. Heater is a bit noisy but it kept us warm.

The online photos of this property don’t do it justice. It’s in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, tucked away on a secluded lot that was perfect for privacy and that featured a fantastic large fenced yard that our dogs loved. It was also fun to watch all the birds who visited feeders outside. The house is the perfect size for a couple or small family, nicely decorated and quite cozy and well-equipped. It was just perfect for our Thanksgiving trip to celebrate with family in the area. A nice bonus is the home’s proximity to many restaurants and a nice grocery store. It’s also easy to get to any desired destination throughout the entire Grand Valley. We utilize Airbnb several times each year, and this is one of our favorites to date. Finally, our host, Shelley, was very responsive, accommodating, helpful and overall just a pleasure to work with!

This beautiful home was great! Communication with the host was superb, great location, very clean inside, and very flexible to our needs. I can’t say enough good things all around about my experience staying here. I would 100% stay here again. The home was as described and better than the photos. Very close to downtown and all amenities we desired inside. Thank you very much, I hope to visit again soon.

One of my favorite airbnbs I've stayed at - both in terms of the home and the hosts. One of the rare gems that is more beautiful in person than in the photos. Thoughtful touches throughout the home. High quality pots/pans. Nice art. Quality furniture. Comfortable beds. Highly recommend.
