A cozy guest house located on Quick road. Less than 13 minutes from I-79. It is located close to the main house but has plenty of privacy being in a quiet hollow surrounded by mountains. The guest house is roughly 900 sq. ft. This is a great place to unwind and enjoy beautiful mountain views and take advantage of nearby ATV/ SXS trails. There is a large gravel lot directly below the house for trailer parking. ‼️INCLEMENT weather months Dec-March you may need 4wheel drive to pull up main driveway‼️
