This 3 bedroom 2 bath ranch style home is designed to allow adequate space for larger groups. Peak comfort of Apex is less than 10 minutes from Lake Wheeler Park which offers boat rentals, fishing, playgrounds, etc. We are also less than 15 minutes from Downtown Apex which offers unique shops, restaurants, bakeries and breweries.

The pool is CLOSED and will reopen May 1st. An owner-occupied private residence with a large private pool and guesthouse above the detached garage. This newly remodeled home is on 4 wooded acres in Pittsboro. It is one mile from Chatham Park, and close to the downtown shops and restaurants. It is convenient to drive to Jordan Lake, Fearrington Village, Chaple Hill, Apex, and Cary. Chatham County is one of the fastest growing in the state, but Pittsboro retains it's historic and eclectic roots. We are pet-friendly, with a fenced in backyard.
