Nestled in 11 forested acres of the Pine River Valley, we are just 1 hour north of Pearson & 45 minutes from Collingwood or Wasaga. Hike the trails, enjoy the hot tub and leave the busy world behind. Close to Lake Simcoe & walking trails. This is a room in our home with a shared bathroom if second bedroom is rented. Bathroom & kitchenette aren't shared with us.
