The stay at this house was simply amazing! The views were incredible, and the house exceeded all expectations – it looks even better than in the photos. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay, with attention to the smallest details. We are very grateful for such a wonderful experience and would gladly return again!

A wonderful stay for our small family reunion over the New Year's! Location is spot on and the backdrop is stunning -- we took some amazing end-of-the-year-celebration photos on a back patio. Well-equipped kitchen and a lovely movie room. We throughly enjoyed the hot tub, which had the perfect temperature, and the changing colors added to the ambiance and fun! The children immediately fell in love with the cozy bunk beds and slept so well after a day of sledding. Overall, a very comfortable stay! Our stay at Prospector Perch was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the home’s warmth, elegance, and attention to detail. The spacious layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of cozy spots to gather—whether by the fireplace, around the dining table, or out on the deck soaking in the hot tub under a sky full of stars. The kitchen was a dream, fully stocked with everything we needed to cook big family meals. Each bedroom felt like a private retreat, with comfortable beds and serene views that made for restful nights. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the winery and a quick drive to golf, hiking trails, and all the fun Suncadia has to offer. One of our favorite parts? The sledding hill right outside! The kids had an absolute blast, and the adults loved watching with a cup of coffee in hand. This home felt like a true escape, blending luxury with mountain charm. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for families & friends!

This place was perfect for 12 of us moms for the weekend! Such beautiful bedrooms and the game room and hot tub were such an amazing bonus! Stunning home! Would love to come back again!

Great spot for large group getaway, I would stay here again. Heating was problematic for second floor, the rooms without thermostat were too hot. I would recommend a small sensor on other rooms to balance out the heating. King sized beds were too soft for me, but others didn't complain. I liked most everything else.

Nice home to stay at for a visit to the lake area! Basement rooms rooms were a little chilly but warmed right up with electric heaters in the rooms.

Kristopher was great and so easy to work with! The house was great for our family of four and in such a great location - walkable to everything in suncadia that we wanted to go to! Highly recommend this place.

Mike’s place was fantastic. The house itself is very nice and well taken care of. It is decorated perfectly to make it feel like home. Comfortable and well taken care of beds and furniture. The hot tub was great clean, easy to operate and plenty of room. The game room was awesome, perfect for kids and adults with something for everyone. This place is an amazing find. I would recommend this to anyone looking to get away and unwind. The area is peaceful and is close enough to town go hangout and grab a bite to eat. Mike was very helpful and quick to respond. There is also a binder of helpful tips for the house as well as things to do and eat in the surrounding area. I will definitely be staying here again.

Very nice home! Clean and well stocked - the only thing we couldn’t locate was a can opener. Although the listing did mention it, I didn’t realize that the bunk room was off of another bedroom, and without a separate entrance. Great place to hang out as a family! The kids had a great time sledding, hot tubbing, and making s’mores by the campfire. The host was friendly, responsive, and flexible, which was greatly appreciated!

This cabin is absolutely gorgeous, the views of the water, the serene forest, the lovely patio space, and the hot tub gazebo were all amazing. if you ever want a perfect getaway from the noise on the coast, journey inland to this wonderful space. Celestina was extremely helpful, and made the stay so warm and cozy. Including S'more supplies was the cherry on top of an already full sundae :)

Everything about the property was exactly what our family needed. Love the separate spaces in the home. Communication was nearly immediate for anything we needed. Greatly appreciated the extra supplies as that is not common for other hosts

Loved this cozy cabin! Definitely off the beaten path but we liked how quiet and secluded it felt (even with other cabins around). The place was clean and comfortable. The sound machine in the loft was so handy for our baby! The fenced in porch was perfect for our dog as well. We took advantage of the hot tub every night along with the puzzle collection :) thanks for hosting us!

We when in March, still a bit of snow on the ground but not in our way at all. The house is walking distance to the lake and the local towns are so cute and fun. The house was perfect for our girls trip with a 6 week baby. It had all the basics so we brought food and didn’t need anything else from home. The beds were very comfortable. I loved the kids room downstairs. You can definitely see the neighbors but you have more than enough space to not feel like neighbors can see you. Not sure I have enough words for the spa and fire pit. Great location. Spa was very clean. Worked perfectly. Good spa with several jet setting. Definitely better than mine at home. Fire pit was a fun chill spot when it wasn’t raining. We want to come back again.

We were two families staying at the house for the weekend. We had plenty of room and it was very comfortable. The outside space is stunning and we had a lot of fun with the fire pit, hot tub and looking at the beautiful forest. The beds were very comfortable and it was great having three full bathrooms! We had plenty of towels and everything we needed to cook. We loved the X-Large dining table comfortably seated all 8 of us! Would definitely like to stay again!

We had a wonderful and restful weekend at their place. It rained so our kids didn’t ski. No matter. Loved kicking around the towns and the kids enjoyed the hot tub. Super comfortable beds. Very snug and cozy. Great kitchen (and outdoor grill) to cook with. They recommended Susan Price for transport up to the house - she was awesome too. Definitely a place to go back to summer or winter. Thank you for a great stay!
