Two bedroom two bath home in quiet country setting. The 2 acre lot adjoins the Three Rivers WMA with over 200,000 acres of hunting and fishing land (permit or weekend pass required). Lots of outdoor amenities including fire pit with porch swings, covered gazebo with 5 person hot tub and TV, 4 burner Blackstone outdoor griddle, wood rockers, and patio table and chairs. Only a 20 minute drive to Hochatown, Broken Bow Lake, and Beavers Bend State Park. A great place to unwind and have some fun.

Room 1 features a queen bed. Room 2 has the option of 2-xl twin beds that can be converted to a king if preferred. Also, a queen sofa bed for extra guests.
