Kristina’s apartment was charming, every detail carefully thought out, wonderful decor, and every comfort provided. The yard, pool and canal were beautiful, tropical, and private. Kristina was so responsive and helpful, we would love to visit her place again.

I rented the Kayakers Retreat to enjoy kayaking with my family for my 75 Birthday! We enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this spacious and well-equipped home to any large group for fun and relaxation. We all loved the passenger trains when they passed by. The children and adults waved them on their journey. Very easy to use the kayaks and clean life jackets large to infant. My 18 month grandson rode with his Dad with safe well maintained equipment! Would I stay here again? You bet, without hesitation. Thank you Frederic

Exactly what we wanted. Awesome place by the river with amazing sunsets! Big kitchen, walk around porch connecting every bedroom, big living room and it also has 2 kayaks! Don’t miss out on this place.

My group and I originally picked Green Cove Springs simply because of the available space and the close proximity to the wedding venue in which our friends were to hold their ceremony. Upon arrival, we quickly realized we got so much more. Lost among the trees along the shore of the St. John's River, the quiet scenery was just as described to us. And, while otherwise out of the way of the main roads, local restaurants and stores were well within driving distance. I wish we had more time to spend on the property itself, but what little we did was more than satisfactory for us all.

Joshua provided an early check in for us and it was very easy to find and get in. Clean space, plenty of room. We appreciated the large fenced backyard for the dog.

This was our second stay at the Lily Pad and it did not disappoint. The cottage is well appointed, clean and comfortable. The surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed the wonderful setting and look forward to returning again. Sandy is an attentive host and looks out for all your needs. Thank you!

It was a beautiful well kept quiet place very peaceful no motors allowed on the lake made it even more peaceful. The home was very well equipped with everything you would need. The bed was comfortable. Things were updated throughout the house to keep up with the needs of guest

Our host was wonderful, we had some last-minute changes, and she was able to fortunately accommodate us graciously. Thankfully so, as the rustic cabin was a hidden treasure, with such peaceful surroundings, which was exactly what we were looking for. It felt like a writer's haven, a place where time stands still. The view of the lake from the back porch, and morning fog followed by the sunrise there, and Spanish moss-covered trees, all added to the aviance of the cabin. Our departure was noted by six deer in the clearing on the way out, definitely a hidden treasure, which we will visit again.

Dani was by far informative, reachable, and friendly when it came to responding and providing between us. The place was by far relaxing and tranquil, we honestly did not know places like this were in Florida. Overall, I would highly recommend Dani and this beautiful home everyday that ends in "y".
