Enjoy Relaxing Iowa Farm stay

Our farm is about 6 MI south of Hampton on a working farm. There is mile of gravel to get to our farm that is well maintained. We offer a guest house with 2 bedrooms. One has king bed and the other has a queen bed with single bunk above it. We also upon request provide single mattresses for extra guests. Large bathroom with shower and soaking tub. Complete kitchen. Coffee and bottled water provided. Our place has large outdoor area for lawn games and picnics. Great for family gatherings.

Moose Haus Lodge

This barn refinished into a rustic cabin will give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods while having the convenience of being in town. Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

The perfect location for your getaway! Cozy and private yet just minutes from downtown Waverly and Wartburg College! The open concept layout includes a full kitchen, 70" tv + electric fireplace. Unique downtown studio loft with balcony overlooking the Cedar River. Loft sleeps up to 4 adults, one queen sized bed and 2 high quality full sized futons (pack and play available upon request for small children). Located right down town with shopping and night life steps away. This unit does not have a full kitchen. (small sink, small fridge/freezer, pizzaz, microwave, and electric griddle are in the bar area) Public Parking located off of 1st St NE to the North of Bremer Ave.

Bella's Suite at Stars Hollow

Bella's Suite is the private, lower level of our home, with a separate entrance. The beautifully decorated space includes living & dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bath, bedroom & a massage room. Our farm is nestled beside 140 acres of beautifully groomed public trails. Feed the cows, read a book on the beach, take a hike, fish for bluegills in our lake, race a pig, skip rocks or canoe in the creek, have a bonfire (S'mores provided) & stargaze from the relaxing hot tub!

Cushion Cabins East

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.

This Iowa River view unique property offers a view that words can't describe. Wake up to the Iowa River and let the sun peek through the windows as you wake to a one-of-a-kind view! Right off of the bluff in Iowa Falls! Guests are welcomed with a private entrance along the Iowa River to this unique place. We provide our guests with a welcome basket to help their stay be more enjoyable and have the comforts of home.

Overlooking the historic swinging bridge, on the Iowa River, this newly-remodeled guest house features 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and a furnished kitchen that's open to the living area.
