Great location, we were able to walk everywhere.

Gwyneth's townhouse is perfectly located to explore downtown Athens and North Campus. The space is comfortable and the easy parking is a big plus. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the screened-in back porch was a lovely place to sit and relax. We had a wonderful stay.

I would recommend this place to any bigger sized party. Thank you again Gwyneth

Perfect location for everything. I would put n the notes that the back alley is where the parking is and entrance into the house. That was the only thing that I didn’t find until I drove past it.

The town houses were in a perfect location! Easy walk to Downtown Athens, and very nicely decorated and clean. we would definitely stay again. Gwyneth was a great communicator!

This property was charming, comfy and a very good location if you're on the move in Athens. I felt like it was my home away from home, offering the amenities and comfort I needed. I would highly recommend this property in lieu of a pricey and sterile hotel. Stephen was responsive when I had a random question about the TV. This Airbnb was spotless! I loved how simple the layout and decor of the home was! I felt right at home, and I also appreciated knowing that I could sleep peacefully on the linens without worrying about lack of cleanliness. The place was located conveniently close to Chateau Elan, and other helpful places! I would recommend this Airbnb to family and friends!

This was my second stay at Mannie’s place! The room was cozy, and exactly as described. Mannie was an excellent host. He is responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to UGA. Highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area!
