This light & airy studio is on our 2 acre lot separate and private from our house. In a safe neighborhood, 15-20 minutes to Athens, it has a cozy private back porch. We strive to be environmentally conscious- recycling, composting, solar Has queen bed, full bath, internet, TV w/ Roku stick, kitchen nook with sink, hotplate, microwave and small frig (no full stove or grill). Ceiling fans throughout, and quiet mini-split for heat & A/C . A wood stove is available for a $35 fee (notify host).

Welcome to our cozy studio apartment! We offer a private separate-entrance apartment in our newly constructed house, less than a mile walk to downtown Athens and the campus of University of Georgia! Apartment has private entrance, driveway parking, and kitchenette. It is walkable to downtown restaurants, theaters, multiple parks, Normaltown, and UGA's campus. Please note that you will hear noise from our family upstairs, so if looking for peace and quiet, this may not be your best option.

Our home property came with an old horse barn and stables and a feed room; two rooms under one roof. In 2018, we turned the horse barn and stables into The Ivywood Barn. Now we've converted the feed room into The Ivywood Barn Too! Two private rooms, two private entrances under one roof. So, if you're a party of 2, choose either side. If you're a party of 4, choose them both!

The Bungalow is part of the main house with a separate, PRIVATE entrance through the backyard.

This woodland oasis offers quiet natural respite, and located 3 minutes from restaurants, groceries and 8 minutes to downtown Athens and UGA. We are both architects, we designed this treehouse to share our love of Athens, nature, & design with you :) Our family also lives on the property and will be available if you need anything during your stay.

Our carriage house is just a 15-minute walk to the heart of Normaltown and 30 minute walk to downtown Athens. Enjoy the coffee shops, casual restaurants, & the best bars in town! It's a quick ride to downtown—2 mi. to the Arch and 2.5 to Sanford Stadium. Enjoy the quiet of a friendly neighborhood with the convenience of being close to UGA! Our Neoclassical home rests on a hillside acre among towering Georgia Pine. Read or watch movies in the library, (the fireplace works) gather in the sun porch, make yourself at home in the dining room, tell stories in the living room, or entertain on the back terraces, beside the Koi pond and waterfall. We have 3 full baths and 2 half baths. Note: The airbnb software isnt able to list 1/2 baths. Roku, free channels, feel free to login and use your personal streaming accounts.

Complete with photo worthy hearse available for pictures, this is a perfect spot for October or year round horror fans! It's a small place, but very cozy!
