Appreciated the great communication! Heather was helpful and accommodating! No huge ‘host fee’ like some places! My son said everything was clean, looked like the pics, and was perfect for his 2 night stay while working in the area. Also said parking was easy!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place in Dayton. The property itself was wonderful, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. I was visiting on a national tour and doing a show at the Shuster Center and David’s place was easily walkable to work (on a beautiful sunny day) or a very short Uber ride. We were also walking distance to the Dayton Art Institute. I would absolutely stay at David’s place again!

Absolutely loved my stay here! From the moment I walked in, it felt just like home. The property was warm, clean, and welcoming. The attention to detail really stood out, from the cozy decor to the thoughtful touches like extra blankets, coffee, and local recommendations. The place was spotless and everything was exactly as described, if not better. The host was responsive and kind, making check-in super easy. We only stayed for 1 evening but I wouldn't hesitate to stay longer. Very nice layout and beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. The neighborhood is walkable and there is a retaurant right on the same block. There is also off street parking for 1 large suv so you could park 2 smaller cars easily.

Our host Maria was friendly, engaging, and authentic . Description of the home and photos were accurately detailed. We loved the quietness of the neighborhood and there was lots of room to stretch out and relax in the home. There were snacks and beverages welcoming our family. We will stay again if in the area. Casa Clifton is a charming space that was perfect for our long weekend. The local university, which is what brought us to town, was just a quick 5 minute drive away. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Attention to little details like some water bottles in the fridge to a drawer of bathroom essentials show that Alex & Minerva want their guests to have everything they need. Communication was prompt and friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Copper Top while in town for a graduation and felt immediately at home. Perfect size for our family of six—comfortable beds, great kitchen, and beautiful surroundings. It’s one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, and everything was in excellent condition. Emily was very responsive and helpful. We’d love to return for another stay!

This home is full of character! Loved the neighborhood as well- beautiful homes with sidewalks throughout which made it enjoyable for walking our dog. Elizabeth was very responsive when I reached out with questions about the front door lock. Plenty of fans upstairs provided good air flow as it did get hot in the bedrooms up there even with the A/C. Would stay again!

Tamara was a great host. The home is beautiful and is kept very clean. Everything is available for cooking, but delivery is fast and convenient too. The instructions were easy to follow and helpful. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again if my travels take me to Dayton.

We loved this house! It has so much character. Every room has treasures and amazing plants to admire and soak in. We especially loved the backyard space. We felt hugged by the budding trees and loved listening to the birds. It was so relaxing to sit by the fire while the kids played! The hot tub was great. The games available were a bit hit. Very close to town. This house is so comfortable for two small families. We split down the middle and each family had the privacy, beds, and bathrooms needed. I would love to come back to this house. Brittany is so communicative and made our stay very easy.

We stayed at Casey’s for 10 days while in the Dayton area for training at 4 Paws for Ability for our daughter’s service dog. It was all we needed and more. Comfortable convenient and appointed with all we needed to be away from home for almost 2 weeks! Nice walking paths around the complex and neighborhood with the Greene just 2 miles away with plenty of places to eat or shop.

Amazing stay! Owner was very responsive and was willing to move around and allow me to book my reservation week to week (all my travel workers can relate) but nonetheless a great host! Place was clean quiet and no issues will definitely return if I’m ever in Columbus for work again!
