Our stay at the Aviator Suite was great. What drew us to this rental was that there were two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, as we were traveling with our son and daughter in law, and most importantly, the rate is affordable. The rental was clean, and Joshua clearly put a lot of effort into the furnishings and decor. The beds were comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure! We will be checking to see if this rental is available on future visits to the area.

The house is a 3 minute walk from almost all the shops and restaurants in Yellow Springs. Queen beds, a nice kitchen, and a porch for kicking back are all nice features. A couple of lamps in the livingroom would be nice, but that would be my only criticism of the accommodations.

I paid for 3 nights, and only ended up staying one. Part of me wishes I used all three nights because the spot was amazing. Even though there was a tight squeeze between the toilet and the sink and the shower had so many knobs it took me a bit to figure it out, the room was very cozy and I loved my time there. Joshua is a very responsive and communicative host and I highly recommend this spot to anyone thinking of checking it out!

This is my second stay at the Studio Suite. It's a great place to stay for a Yellow Springs visit. It's in a quiet area but walkable to all Yellow Springs has to offer. We would definitely stay there again!

What a fun place stay. Very creative setup and very comfortable. Warm and quiet. Had everything we needed. The couch was greatly appreciated after our trip. The bed was very comfortable too. Very roomy as well. Thank you again

This place was exactly what we were looking for. It's simple, clean and quiet. Kristin is a very responsive host and will promptly address any issues or questions. It's within a fantastic driving distance of WPAFB and not a far drive from either Dayton or Columbus. I would definitely recommend staying with Kristin.

This place was peaceful and private and my dogs love the fenced in backyard. I grew up in farming communities so this place made me feel right at home.

Sam was great. I got to the apartment and didn't realize when you walk in you are in the common area. The bedrooms are through the doors to the left and to the right. Kinda had me confused. Texted Sam and she was right on it. I'd say within 2 to 3 minutes. Never seen anything like this before. It's not a bad thing... it was unique. Everyone was great. You can't beat this place for the price. It has amenities that the hotels don't even have for 3 to 5 times the cost. I highly recommend staying here and if I come back to Dayton I will definitely try to get one of these room.

This is definitely an older building/unit, but still met my needs well. Joani was a very kind and responsive host and I enjoyed my stay at her apartment!
