Latricia and Pete were incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and any issues that came up were promptly addressed. They were both so helpful and friendly, making our extended stay much more comfortable while we waited for our new home to be built. This airbnb has been such a sweet little getaway. It has everything you could possibly need to get away for a few days and is so cozy! It was my first time using an airbnb and Charlotte went out of her way to help me through the process and has been such a wonderful host. Its located in a quiet area but still close enough to explore. There is lots of information provided to the guest, check-in was very simple, and our stay altogether was pretty much seamless and very enjoyable! 10/10 would recommend Charlotte's place if youre visiting Clinton, TN!

Our group of 6 adults really enjoyed this home. The description and pictures were accurate. We had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy our stay. The dock area was nice and had a very swimmable cove. While the property is lakefront, the road runs through it. It was never busy and did not pose any problems for us. We will definitely keep this home in mind for future stays.

This is our second stay at the lake house and it absolutely exceeded our expectations (again). Last year we had all sunny weather, but this year we had a little rain during the weekend which actually allowed us to take even better advantage of the house. From watching the rain from the peaceful back porch to the many board games inside, we had plenty to do. The location is private (we saw 2 people walk down the road one time) and the access to the lake cannot be beat. Katie is easily the best Airbnb host I’ve had the pleasure to work with - very proactive in communication and responsive to any questions. I could go on and on, but just trust me when I say, this house is an absolute gem.

This place was perfect for our family vacation. They had a nice fire pit and even included firewood. Also the kitchen was stocked with seasonings and instant pot which was a nice touch as most airbnbs only have bare minimum. We would definitely come back again.

The perfect place for a big family get together!

Andrea’s place is a wonderful farmhouse. Spotless, comfortable and charming. Cows out the front door. The rooms are spacious with lovely furnishings. Kitchen is well fitted, laundry is great. It was freezing outside but the furnace kept it cozy and warm inside. We did contact Andrea with a questions and her response was quick and complete. We will stay there again!!!

JW’s home was a great place to stay! Very homey and comfortable! Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Absolutely loved the game selection! Out in the country but not too far away from town! Would definitely return if we’re in the area again!

It was such a great little spot. The directions are not accurate using Airbnb. We called Elizabeth and she helped us. It's just so nice and convenient to boat.

Very beautiful location, condo was very nice and clean. We had one problem with the dishwasher but the host/owner was all over it. responded quickly and worked around our schedule to get the problem resolved. highly recommend!

Cozy little one bedroom, beautiful view. We saw deer every time we left the place. Just what we needed to get away for a little R & R and boating.
