Apartment in the trendy Monti district, ten minutes walk from the Colosseum. It is located at the 1st floor (the one above the ground floor) and there is no lift. It consist in two rooms: a bedroom and a living / dining room with kitchen and a sofa bed. Fridge, cooker, washing machine, fan, WiFi, a safe in the Bedroom, Air Conditioning (CAVEAT, should it break down and cannot be fixed immediately, will be replaced by fans), etc. Monti district is very lively, not suitable for light sleepers.

Al suo interno e’ ancora possibile osservare il percorso delle vecchie mura difensive. Un altro particolare di pregio e’ una splendida colonna a vista nel centro del soggiorno. Situato al secondo piano con ascensore, l’alloggio di 93 mq risulta confortevole e le ampie finestre donano luminosità e ottima vista sulla piazza. Salone,cucina,2 camere e 2 bagni.

It is located a few steps from the railway station and is about 300 meters from the port. The apartment is not accessible to people with mobility difficulties, the building has a lift up to the 12th floor, the 13th floor is accessible only by stairs.
