We really enjoyed our stay at Audrey’s place. She was also immediately responsive to any questions we had. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but that was our only critique of the stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for walkability to Old Town and the train station.

We had a wonderful time at Mark's home. It is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and cozy. The balcony is the best part! Location couldn't get any better! There's a boat shuttle that is very convenient for accessing the other side where the famous casino is. The rock is walking distance with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

If you enjoy small French towns near the sea, this is a great place to stay. It is quiet with easy access to the beach, restaurants, train station, buses and close to Monte Carlo, St-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and Nice. Nina is very responsive and helpful. The parking situation is extremely TIGHT, but definitely nice to have and an added bonus in the South of France. Everything you need is in the apartment and there were some unexpected goodies that were extremely helpful to find...shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, etc. We did not cook there, but there were plenty of plates, silverware, pots and pans, glasses, etc. The apartment would sleep 4 comfortably. We had a wonderful stay!

This was our second stay at Remario's apartment, we loved it just as much as last time. The place is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and stylish. The location is perfect for the train station, where it is very quick and easy to get trains out to various destinations for day trips. Check in was great and communication with the host was excellent. Definitely recommend it, and plan to return.

The host was very kind and thoughtful, making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was cozy and equipped for basic cooking and laundry, making it ideal for a long-term stay. Located close to the city center, it’s a lovely place to enjoy shopping and sightseeing.

This place is absolutely perfect for a memorable & relaxing stay in Cap Ferrat. The location and setting is truly incredible and is probably our favorite aspect, with stunning views of the harbor + riviera coast, perfect for working on the balcony/sunset dinners. The bldg is only ~1min walk to main street, but also just far enough to be super quiet. Tamsin was an incredible host, super responsive, helpful and a joy to coordinate with (even helping us our with wedding planning!) We've stayed at the Four Seasons/Hotel du Cap/Areille/most of the other luxe hotel but this is probably our favorite of all SoF stays experiences to get a small taste of what life is like as Cap Ferrat local... 1000% will be returning!

We had a wonderful stay at Christelle’s apartment. It was well positioned near transport (tram on the corner) and plenty of shops close by. It is walkable to the beach and the main train station. It is also walkable to the fresh food market at Liberation. We enjoyed the apartments vicinity to everything but also that it was not in a tourist only area, this felt more authentic to us. The elevator was a wonderful addition. We loved the terrace with its expansive views. We enjoyed breakfasts on the terrace and the beautiful sunsets. Christelle was an amazing and responsive host, she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended and we definitely hope to return when we are next in Nice.

Beautiful location. Amazing house with well appointed interiors. As depicted in the pictures. We loved it. Great for big families/Groups. Within driving distance for all the best places around.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Séjour magique dans un vrai cocon perché dans les collines.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

Incantevole casetta a pochissimi minuti da pietra ligure… tranquillità nel verde molto vicina al mare. Casa dotata di tutti i comfort, ottima ospitalità. Vivamente consigliato per chi ama la quiete della collina e la possibilità di raggiungere le spiagge in breve tempo.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons eu au long de ce séjour un hôte très réactif. L’appartement est très propre avec un parking à proximité. Le séjour a été excellent avec un mobilier tout équipé , du linge de maison propre , de la nourriture à disposition dès notre arrivée. La vue qu’on a sur le balcon est juste magnifique est donné sur tout Monaco. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour et je vous recommande vivement ce logement.

Nous recommandons fortement le logement de Laurent et Eun-Sil. Il est très bien situé (tout proche de la gare de trains de Monaco), idéal pour visiter la principauté et profiter des plages et sentiers de bord de mer à proximité. Le logement est spacieux, bien équipé et très propre. Laurent et Eun-Sil fournissent de nombreux conseils concernant les bonnes adresses de restaurants et activités à découvrir/faire dans les environs.

Nice home with a nice location. And the host is super nice to offer early check in without asking when the apartment is available. Highly recommended and I will definitely stay again whenever I Come back to nice .

We had a lovely stay. Everything was great.Regine is a great host and this is our second time staying in beautiful appartment. Location is great with lovely gardens. It is a bit of an uphill walk to get to appartment, but it kept us fit. There is a bus 3 from market to take you up close to the palace. Have booked to stay again in 2026.

Melina’s communication was top-notch—she reached out before, during, and even after our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly, which it absolutely did. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated, with a fully stocked kitchen that made it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn’t be better, offering easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Nice. The interior was not only clean but also stylish—think sleek, modern, and swanky! Melina’s attention to detail in decor and appliances was impressive. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver, especially as this was the second leg of our trip and we packed light. The building’s fast elevator was convenient, but we also enjoyed the charming staircase. We’re already planning our next visit! Thank you, Melina, for a truly memorable stay.

Abbiamo alloggiato presso la struttura della Sig.ra Vjollca durante il periodo 21-23 marzo. Siamo rimasti entusiasti dell'ambiente profumato, nuovissimo, pulito, e super accogliente. La casa è raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici, in macchina o a piedi dalla stazione. Il nostro appartamento era dotato di ogni comfort. La Sig. ra Vjollca si è dimostrata sempre disponibile sin dal nostro arrivo, rendendosi reperibile per qualsiasi problematica. Consigliamo questa casa vacanza per tutti i viaggiatori.
