Adults can be accommodated on a sleeping bed and a children on a sofa bed. The apartment was recently renovated in 2023. There is everything you need for living: cooking utensils, catering utensils, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, clothes washing machine, hair dryer, iron.

Other room equipped with a large and very comfortable triple sofa-bed whic can be made into 3 single beds or double. The beach is 100m from the house. Next to the house there is a cycling and pedestrian route which runs trough all Liepaja trough sand dunes and a seaside park. Close to a shopping center, South Forts and Liepaja "narrow" tram.
