This was the perfect place for us-met our needs perfectly. Andrew was always quickly responsive (we didn’t need anything in particular but he was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed). The guest house was in a great location- quiet neighborhood (very walkable/beautiful area!), and for us, close to our daughter’s place. We can’t wait to stay here again on our next visit! Hope the dates will be open when we can come again!

I love staying at Katy’s place. I’ve stayed here at least three times it’s my go to when visiting my daughter. LaCrescenta is nestled up in the foothills of the Los Angeles Crest forest. It always has clean air, and beautiful magic-hour sunlight. This is a cozy one bedroom with a futon in a separate room , private entrance, private outdoor seating area. And I’m eternally grateful that I can bring gas over to just hang out and be together. It’s definitely a home away from home.

Clean place. Didn’t realize it was attached to a larger house. Not clear in the description. Luckily it was still quite private so that was nice. Very clean. Felt right at home. I was a little unsettled when I found that people were coming into the gated private area while we were staying there. Someone came to get the trash cans and the landscaper was also in the private gated yard and also blocked us in the driveway. While I understand the needs of these services a heads up would have been nice. Just unexpected. Other than that it was great and very close to the Disneyland resort.

Kathy and Steve were fantastic hosts. The space was exactly as described and I was very impressed with how clean it was and how thoughtful the they were in setting the place to have everything a traveler/visitor would need. Great job guys. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Charles' place for a whole week and we really felt like home. The flat is nice and cosy and comes with everything you could need. You can easliy reach by car all the places you wanna visit and in 5 minutes you have all different kind of supermarket and fast food at hand. We would reccomend it for sure!!!

We had a nice quite couple of days and nights in Lee's backyard bungalow. The bed was fantastic, bathroom was clean and beautiful. Everything was great. Would book again if ever out that way. Thank you.

this was a fantastic place to stay for the price. Rachel was a very attentive host and the rental had everything I needed. the only issue is that the neighbors have a dog that barks 24/7 and it makes it incredibly difficult to sleep being right outside the window. this is unfortunately not something that can be controlled, but it would have been nice to know, so I could have been more prepared.

Anand’s place is THE BEST value in Hollywood. In addition to an immaculate home, the backyard provides a secluded sanctuary to sit or walk the garden. I HIGHLY recommend this property! And thanks, Anand for a great weekend.

We have stayed here several times and have always been satisfied. Especially enjoy the patio with the lovely plants and flowers. Such a nice spot to enjoy morning or late afternoon tea. Will stay here again for sure.

I stayed at John's place in Upland for one night with my dog, and it was just as described and pictured. The space was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.​ John was incredibly responsive and accommodating, especially with my request for an early check-in, which I truly appreciated.​ One thing to note: the TV is mounted in the middle of the room, which made navigating around it a bit awkward. ​ Overall, it was a good stay, and John's attentiveness made it even better.

Heather was very responsive and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. It was a very nice place. Would love to stay again!

Absolutely amazing stay! It was a little tricky to find at first, but so worth it—this place is a hidden gem! The moment you walk through the gate, you're greeted with breathtaking views and an incredibly peaceful, serene ambiance. It truly feels like a private escape from the city. 10 out of 10 — I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a calm, peaceful getaway. Can’t wait to come back!

Overall great place to stay, Ida was very helpful with her thorough descriptions of everything. In the middle of everything distance wise. Perfect size for three people. 10/10 experience.
