The rear door opens onto another alfresco porch with a daybed. Solid timber flooring throughout, with design furniture and state of the art kitchen.

The studio apartment, whilst attached to the edge of our home, is a completely private and an independent apartment with no communal spaces. It has its own entrance, garage, courtyard and upstairs living area. Sleeps 4 adults + 2 children. We personally manage our apartment so that we can ensure attention to every detail.

This fully refurbished, air conditioned ground floor apartment is perfectly located in central Cottesloe with magnificent views of the Indian Ocean beyond the spacious deck, BBQ and manicured front lawn.
