My second time of staying here and it was as lovely as the first time. Place is kept lovely and clean and the instructions from Lisa are brilliant. Lisa is very helpful and answers messages very quickly. I'll be back next year!!

It was our second stay in Rhoda Houses and it certainly did not disappoint. There can be nothing you would need in Roger’s apartment that was not provided! Luxurious bedding and very comfortable bed. It was so handy having the easily transportable beach chairs as the weather was beautiful. We enjoyed a bottle of Cava sitting on the beach late afternoon in the sunshine……just perfect. Parking was a dream that we could just renew on our phones. Everything is walkable, great shops, restaurants and bars on your doorstep. We will look forward to visiting again.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location as everything was walking distance. We’ll definitely be back again. The flat was cosy spacious and a great nights sleep. Vicky was so friendly and super responsive when we had a few questions about the flat. Thanks again.

We had such an amazing stay in Moyra’s apartment , it was just as described and more ! Such a cool place and waking up to that view well …. Location is great with an easy stroll into town and a great pub less than 10 mins walk . All her recommendations were great and we look forward to returning later in the year

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

We had a lovely time in Whitstable not least thanks to the beautiful house in Argyle Street, which had everything you need and more. It’s perfectly located, close to the train station, beach, harbour, cute high street and a brilliant bakery. We didn’t bring a car but still managed to get around so much with the brilliant train (10 mins walk from house) that goes down the coast to Herne Bay, Margate and Broadstairs and a 20 minutes bus ride to Canterbury (bus stop a 3min walk from house). We were incredibly lucky with the weather and loved every minute!

A stone's throw from the beach with plenty of interesting things to do nearby. Ann was the communate host, thoughtfully sharing her knowledge of the local area, with tailored suggestions based on the make-up of our family group. We've enjoyed enchanting walks along the coast - especially at sunrise and sunset, interesting local shops just a few minutes inland, and superb local transport links to the larger towns in the area.

Sabina was very helpful, especially when we had issues with the toaster :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

We had an absolutely wonderful week in this great property- the direct access to the beach is very special - and the house is a real home, furnished for comfortable living rather than rental. Lots of gorgeous walks near by - great golf course up the road, handy EV charging point 2 mins walk away, and Ashford designer shopping outlet 30 mins drive away.

We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s beautiful beach property! We were 4 adults with 4 children and it was perfect. Plenty to do in the area, we went to rye and camber sands. House has everything you need for cooking. Plenty of fridge and freezer space and double oven. Hot tub was very much appreciated once the children were in bed!! Highly recommended

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! Amazing location right on the beach with easy and right outside the apartment street parking. Fit 5 adults and 2 dogs perfectly (however no outside space for dogs to go toilet, have to take them over the field but again right outside the apartment so easy) Lovely apartment with all essential amenities, I would stay here again. We had such an amazing time at Becky’s place. We felt at home straight away and the sea views were incredible. The interior was so stylish without being soulless, and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. The location is perfect as well. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

The photos don't do it justice - the flat is literally a few steps from the beach, with sea views from the bedroom (from the bed!) and living room. Very well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen. Nice clean stylish bathroom with shower and bath.

Outstanding in every respect - a real find! The accommodation is spacious and comfortable, and in an excellent location only a few minutes stroll from the seafront. The flat is equipped throughout to a very high standard, and is full of thoughtful little extras which made our stay really special. A real home from home - very highly recommended.

Karen was the perfect host with full details re the property sent in advance and a lovely welcoming present. The property is immaculate in all senses of the word with spacious clean rooms and a lovely balcony for those great sunsets. It is situated two minutes walk away from the beach and 20 from Birchington itself which is full of shops, bars and restaurants.
