We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spotless & had really nice cotton sheets. Hayley was super helpful & friendly (even when we accidentally broke something) Good cookware in the kitchen meant we could cook & it’s a fab location to the sea, playground & high street. 10/10!

We were a party of ten adults and one child staying at Martin’s home for the weekend. The property was superb, wonderfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The gardens were beautiful. We were lucky to be blessed with fabulous weather and made the most of it. We were also lucky to be visiting during lambing season. Watching lambs being born was quite an experience. I would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit again one day

We really enjoyed our stay in Steve and Diane’s house. It was lovely to find such a thoughtful welcome packed we arrived. The location of the house is great, it is just a few minutes walk into town and a short drive to the beach at Camber Sands. The house is spacious and well presented. The kitchen is well equipped - the minor exception, it could do with egg cups as we had eggs in welcome pack. Bathrooms were a delight - lots of hot water, great showers and a wonderful free standing bath with a view! The patio and raised seating area looked lovely - a bit chilly for us this time but we would love to come back. The parking space was adequate for a small car like ours but a larger one would need to use car park just down the road. Thank you very much Steve and Diane, we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend a stay in your lovely house.

Ivana’s place is wonderful. It has lovely bedrooms a great kitchen and social space. The hot tub and outdoor terrace are great. Ivana is super helpful. The village has a lovely pub, a great coffee house literally steps away. I would highly recommend.

What. A. Gem.! Unbelievable location. Unbelievable house! Quiet and convenient, yet right on the beachfront and in the middle of town. With very convenient private parking.

Chris was an amazing host. He sent over a great list of recommendations and was very helpful throughout our stay. The property was absolutely beautiful and literally 30 seconds or less from the beach. It was very well equipped for a family with children and very comfortable. It is situated in a lovely area with restaurants, shops and anything you could possibly need nearby. There is free parking about 1-2 minutes away from the property. Personally I think it was such an amazing value for what you pay, especially being on the beachfront. We will defo be coming back!

Second stay at Wendy’s lovely apartment. The view from balcony,lounge & the bed is stunning. Will miss reading in bed & looking out to sea. There was work going on in the block & Wendy kept us informed and gave us the option to cancel after the usual time if we decided that the work would ruin our stay - it didn’t.. apartment super clean & comfortable. Coffee shop - Coast at the Granville theatre on the green opposite flat is great venue for coffee with a view. Lovely area, easy to get around walked most of the time but did get the Loop bus to Margate. If we come back to Ramsgate next year will definitely stay here again. Thank you Wendy.

We rented the apartment for 6 of us to celebrate my sisters 50th birthday. Very comfortable, clean and great location for exploring St Leonards and Hastings. Easy roadside parking outside the apartment. Lovely beach and easy walking distance for exploring. Especially loved Hastings old town, St Leonards galleries and the Goat for lunch and cocktails on the beach is a must.

A lovely place to stay for the night, after going to an event in town. Has everything you need. Sean was very helpful. Would recommend and would use again.

We had a great time staying at this Airbnb for the weekend. The place was comfortable, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Wonderfully decorated flat, super clean. Only downside is being on the lower ground, but then you do get a little outdoor terrace. Lennie was very helpful and accommodating, would recommend!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung und wieder sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Lage ist super und wir entdecken immer wieder viel Neues. Die Nähe zum Strand ist toll, wir haben jeden Abend noch einen kleinen Spaziergang zum Sonnenuntergang gemacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden.

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Dan was the most attentive and kind host! Responded so quickly to any questions and was super helpful. The flat is in the perfection location with it just a short walk to town. Beautiful secluded quiet garden for your morning coffee or to just sit and relax. The flat has all you can ask for with easy Alexa instructions throughout( and the most comfortable bed I've had in an Airbnb thus far). Absolutely great value for money, would definitely stay again! The Coastal Soul was everything we had hoped for and more. Comfortable, relaxing, great for walks along the cliff top and fresh sea air. Nic was the perfect host, friendly and helpful. It’s a lovely, comfortable pad with all the mod cons and some extra touches that makes it stand out from the everyday. We will be back!

What an absolute gem of a place. Hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in, beautifully styled (we all had home decor envy). Cannot recommend enough. Super comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and more. Fantastic location. I hope we’ll be back…it’s too good not to be.

This has been the best accommodation I have ever stayed in. The entire place was spotless, including the washing machine, and the sea view was the most stunning I’ve ever seen. The house is peaceful and cosy – even more beautiful than it appears in the photos – and the host family seemed incredibly warm and kind. I’ve stayed in many places, but I can genuinely say this one is highly recommended. It was just me and my son, but I chose this two-bedroom home and I have no regrets at all. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip.

I recommend highly to anyway who is staying in the Thanet area! Beautiful place tucked away! With the beach jsut a 2 minute walk away.

The photos don't do it justice - the flat is literally a few steps from the beach, with sea views from the bedroom (from the bed!) and living room. Very well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen. Nice clean stylish bathroom with shower and bath.
