Another great stay here, it’s so comfortable. Mum and I feel at home. A well-equipped kitchen, plenty choice of rooms to relax in as well as the neat garden and a great selection of games and entertainment. Time flies by. Broadstairs seafront is really close and the shops are within walking distance. Some lovely gift shops and plenty of choice for eating out. It’s also central for exploring further afield. Hoping to visit again.

This little gem is amazing. The lodge is finished to a very high standard with luxurious decor and furnishings. We really enjoyed our stay here and was able to relax and chill. The property was well stocked and everything had been thought of. We will definately be staying here again. Superb 👍

The crab shack is a lovely place to stay, 50 yards from the beach, peaceful and beautifully presented inside. Everything you need, great bathroom, home comforts and a very nice welcome pack, highly recommended.

the accommodation is amazing - the home is built to a high standard around the disused railway carriage and right on top of the shingle beach, with spectacular views over to the sea. Very very comfortable, clean and there was everything we needed. Beds very very comfortable. The home is really beautiful and so cleverly designed.

Great spot, two minutes from the beach and very safe and secure. Great for our 3 year old. Had everything we needed. Jennifer the cleaner very helpful. Parking space was handy. Spotless. Would love to stay again, lucky to have found it.

Loved the vintage train theme and the rustic interiors. Especially the pool table, bunk beds and the varied collection of board games. The smart TV was an added plus point. The beach being so close to the house, was just perfect. Thanks for this fantastic stay

This is a lovely property in an amazing location in Whitstable. Very friendly host who made sure we had everything we needed before, during and on departure day. Lots of things to do within a short walk. Property was perfect for a group of friends weekend getaway, comfortable with everything we could need. Thank you, thoroughly recommend.

Cute little chalet with wonderful views of the sea. Comfortable, clean and cost, just perfect for a break away to explore the local area. With Whitstable, Faversham and Canterbury a short driving distance this was a great base.

Wir haben uns von Anfang bis Ende als Familie in Martins Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns erwarteten frische Blumen auf dem Esstisch und eine sehr ausführliche Beschreibungsmappe in der alles wissenswerte beschrieben war. Ein sehr angenehm und gepflegtes Haus von innen und außen. Es ist vom Messer über Töpfe und Pfannen bis hin zu Wäscheklammern alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ein toller Garten super geeignet für Fellnasen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns auf den nächsten Aufenthalt in Herne Bay. Danke Martin, das wir bei Dir im Haus eine Woche wohnen durften. Isobel is an amazing host, she went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed. Communication was seamless! Isobel was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. The property was beautiful, totally surpassed our expectations. Very modern and aesthetically pleasing, pictures do not do it enough justice; very spacious & appliance were very easy to use. The private entrance was a plus, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. Isobel was respectful of our privacy but always available when needed. Cannot wait to return in the summer! We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Retreat. Lots of lovely finishing touches in the house, you can tell it’s recently been refurbished. It was clean and everything worked just fine. Walkable to the Tankerton slopes and train station and local Wheatsheaf pub. Very quiet neighbourhood. Very lovely house and garden. We visited with our dog and two daughters. Would really recommend this place we had a lovely stay!

Wow. Irene was a pleasure to talk to and very responsive. As soon as we arrived, we felt right at home. Everything was amazing and very clean. Some nice homely touches. Bread, milk, tea, coffee and lots of other bits were available in the kitchen and bathrooms. Bungalow minutes from Tanketon High Street which haw everything you may need (Irene suggests a few things). 5 minutes walk to the beach and walkable to Whitstable (20 to 25 minutes). I loved all of it and would highly recommend! Thank you for a great stay.

Tizzie is an excellent host. Communication was very good. We had a flexible check in and check out, which was great. A lovely welcome pack of goodies awaited us. The description of the accommodation was spot on. It was fab to have our own parking space and a lovely well equipped garden to sit out in. The location was brilliant, private but 5 minute walk to the sea-front and the promenade, and a 15 minute walk to Whitstable. The interior was well furnished and very comfortable for a couple. An excellent place for a little getaway. We were very comfortable and Tizzie was available if we needed anything. We highly recommend a visit.

Bungalow has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In a quiet area but so close to the coast. Would thoroughly recommend, and we hope to return.

Great location, place was clean and very well stocked with all the essentials. Helen was an amazing host, really helpful with all questions and even added a baby cot to the main bedroom for my nephew. There were loads of toys for him to play with too. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back!

Very peaceful location and as described minutes from the beach so ideal for my sister who isn’t too mobile. Had to get used to trains whizzing by but it reminded me of a childhood home . My dog loved his stay too and it was a perfect home for him to stay in too . We loved the very comfy sofas xx
