This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

My family and I spent the weekend in Jakarta while attending a family event and felt right at home from the get go. As a group of 8, we were happy to have some privacy in each of the 4 rooms and enjoyed the living/dinning area during communal times. As a group, we appreciated having access to 3 full bathrooms, oh, and the shower pressure was excellent! Endah was also very responsive and attentive to our questions, before and during our stay. Overall, we were happy with the accommodation & would recommend Endah's place to out-of-town families of 8 planning come and visit the capital.

Very quiet! Probably the first place I ever stayed in Indonesia where I never heard any barking dogs. Nice small office and bedroom, it's a nice home. Plus a big smart TV too.

Lokasi strategiss, karna bener-bener sebelah OCBC dan depan ICE BSD banget. Foto rumah & Furniture juga mirip sama yang di aplikasi, peralatan dapur juga lengkap dan bersih. Lalu yang bikin amaze itu seluruh ruangan menurutku wangiii banget & bersihhh. aku jarang dapet tempat nginep yang wangi, di sini pas buka pintu langsung wangi. dan yang paling penting miminnya sangat responsive dan detail dalam kasih info. kalo ada temen yang mau nonton konser di ICE BSD di sini oke banget untuk jadi tempat bermalam sihh :))

Nice big place, can accomodate 6 until 10 people with extra bed. Clean and easy to find. Near big street (Jl.Gajah Mada), many food stall and mini market.

Very recomended if you looking for a place to stay that close to Siloam Hospital. Unitnya sangat bersih dan sesuai dengan foto. Akses kursi roda juga sangat mudah dan banyak restoran serta ada supermarket. Host sangat komunikatif dan fast response. Thank you. Will be back for sure.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. This home verry comfort for stay,, near from everywhere in bsd city ,,many street food at pasar modern

stayed for 10 days. the place was neat, accurately represented by the pictures. Seiky was very accomodating to my early check in and late check out request, along with some other needs. this listing is best suited for a single or couple traveler as the second bedroom is furnished as a mixture of walk-in closet and study/work room in lieu of a bed, though a foldable mattress is provided.

Timothy was an incredibly responsive host and always available. He went above and beyond in responding to my concerns to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Timothy’s place is well located, in walking distance to AEON and a few minutes drive to the Breeze.
