Stramare di Segusino (Treviso), a 400 m. Antico borgo su Prealpi Trevigiane, fra Piave e malghe, fondato XVI-XVII sec da carbonai istriani attirati da acque e legname. Al centro di tante possibilità: 10 min da Valdobbiadene/colline prosecco patrimonio UNESCO, 20 da Asolo/Maser/Possagno/Ville Venete; un'ora da Venezia e Dolomiti. Per anni sono stato unico abitante, oggi siamo in 6, romanticamente immerso nel verde, rilassante, per ritrovare se stessi fra natura bellezza enogastronomia escursioni.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. Air Conditioning, wifi and heating.

The apartment is located in a strategic area, 500 meters from the squares of the historic center and 300 meters from the train and bus station. It has a private garage and a parking space in the external shared parking. Large livingroom with central fireplace, which divides it from the kitchen and dining room. Two bedrooms with its own bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a jacuzzi bath. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other can have two single beds or a double one.
