sangat dekat ke Aeon mall.. hanya 1 menit jalan sehingga recommended utk yg membawa anak kecil. semua fasilitas lengkap sehingga seperti pulang ke rumah ada disediakan air galon, beras ( bisa masak buat anak ) dan oven utk memanaskan makanan (thank you) buat yg menginap, saya sarankan bantu2 bersihkan unitnya ketika sudah check out ya

Dari awal saya menunjukkan tempat ini, tamu saya langsung suka, dan pelayanannya juga bagus banget, host sangat proaktif dan juga ramah, dan sempat ada masalah listrik di hari ketiga menginap tapi host langsung gercep untuk panggil tukang listrik, It's been wonderful stay!

Stephanie is absolutely incredible. Always quick to respond and her staff delivers any requested items within the hour (sometimes within minutes). One of the most responsive host. Was very impressed. The condo complex itself was brilliant. For an 8 year old condo it was extremely well maintained and well staffed. The outdoor swimming pool was not heated but was not cold even on days when it just rained. The gym was decent and had everything for a standard workout. Indoor swimming pool was warm ish. The lifts was always fast and well ventilated. The lobby was nice and cool and plenty of comfy seats. The place itself was fantastic. High pressure hot water. A ok size bath tub. Toilets flushed well. 3 very cold air con. Internet speed measured 30-40mbps download. Fast enough for a child on constant Roblox and Netflix. Washing machine and fridge were both looking new. The floor was high and the view was of the swimming pool. Walking distance to 3 malls which was amazingly convenient.

the apartment has really good daylight i am quite happy to see plenty of sunshine at morning and it so close to train station recommend to people who want to sleep in quite place but also need approach public transport.

Great host. Very flexible and was prompt with her reply and communicated well. Will definitely recommend and will return in my future visits to Jakarta!

thoroughly enjoyed our stay

This property is very convenient for people who have meetings or activities to do around Central Park Mall or Neo Soho, as it is directly connected to those malls. The place is clean and it has everything we needed - kitchen, TV with netflix, and a small living room. My family, especially our small kids enjoyed the huge swimming pool and kids friendly amenities such as the indoor playground during our stay. We will definitely stay again when we return to Jakarta. Kak Marlina sangat ramah dan helpfull. Proses check in smooth. Unit nya sangat homey, bersih, rapi, amenities sangat lengkap, banyak mainan anak, best deh. Lingkungan apartemen juga sangat nyaman dan ramah anak. Pool nya besar dan bagus. Kalo ke BSD udah best stay di unit kak Marlina 🫶

Tempatnya sangat nyaman sekali, bersih dan sangat lengkap fasilitasnya. Host nya berkomunikasi dengan sangat baik. Sangat rekomendasi untuk stay di daerah BSD. Pasti akan balik lagi kesini, terima kasih☺️

Travelled with two infants and really grateful for the water dispenser in the apartment. We do not have to worry about clean drinking water to make babies' milk. The washing machine and dryer are also in good working condition which we can do daily washing of babies' clothes. Excellent host and excellent apartment!

Near Central park mall, Restaurant & shops, complete amenities, responsive host. Feel at home during our stay in this place. Will stay here again for sure

this place was great, i loved the view, loved watching the sunrise over jakarta from above the clouds. it was quiet, clean, everything was wonderful.

Pak Pramono was very quick to communicate and answer any questions I had. He went out of his way to help me. The apartment was wonderful, very comfortable and convenient connected to the mall. I extended my stay since it was such a comfortable spot and may look to return soon!

It was a super pleasant stay. Mrs. May and Mr. Setiawan are very friendly persons, I felt very welcome and felt like family. Mrs May was very helpful, she told me everything that I needed to know for traveling in Jakarta. The Apartment itself looks exactly like in the pictures. It's very comfy, clean, smells really good and has everything that I needed. There is a clean swimming pool there. The location is very close to the public transportation and to the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, which is perfect for watching football matches or big concerts. Also it's close to some big shopping malls. There are also Indonesian street foods nearby. Overall it was very homelike. Nothing to complain. I definitely going to stay here again when I'm visiting Jakarta.
