This was a beautiful place to stay. Inside and out. Every amenity one could ask for. Beautiful outdoor space. Great for our two dogs, and nice and quiet. We were just there overnight, so, couldn’t go exploring. We would definitely stay here again. I’m a retired nurse. It would be great for a travel nurse!! Matt was wonderful. He greeted us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank Matt!

We had a great stay. The loft was beautiful, impeccably clean, and outfitted with any item one might need. Also, very comfortable beds and nice sheets. Kerry provided parking for my car, and very kindly provided another spot for my daughter when he was out. As a former Cincinnatian, I love Clifton's friendly neighborhood, with Graeter's nearby and Skyline, right across the street! There's also a movie theater and grocery store a few doors down. Can't beat it. It's the city, so the city sounds were not unexpected, but Kerry offered a sound machine and ear plugs if needed. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Kerry!

This spot ended up being the perfect place to stay. Plenty of space with everything you could need! Super comfy!

One of the nicest & cleanest places that my family has stayed at! The kitchen's fully stocked w/essentials, condiments & extras than your avg Airbnb. It's kid friendly w/children's utensils, plates, bowls, sippy cup & step stool, that our 6 y.o. son happily utilized. The unit looks nicer in person & had everything we needed to make us feel comfy during our stay, which is nice cause I'll forget a few items. (I wish more Airbnbs had the same standards as Shy's.) The cafe below has good food & coffee. Note: On the weekend mornings you can hear the cafe bustling below. There are parking spots behind the bldg & an overflow lot. It's a safe neighborhood & walking distance to a UDF gas station/ convenient store. There isn't a central heating/cooling, so the temp isn't consistent. You'll need to keep the air purifier running at mid speed or you'll notice a musty smell when you return, if it was warmer that day. We def recommend Shy's place & look forward to returning if we're ever in the area!

Great place Nice location

Communication was great! They went above and beyond by explaining things clearly and in detail what is expected. Extra thankful for the document with recommendations, tips/tricks, and different ideas/resources! The place was clean and had everything we needed- including soaps for the shower. The description states the noise may be loud because of the bar below, but they provide a fan that is plenty loud enough to drown out the noise below. The natural lighting was great and I always felt safe!

We were in town for a show at Cincinnati Music Hall. This was the perfect location for us. Several restaurants within walking distance. Very nice, clean place. Would definitely stay here again!

Tara's place was perfect for our needs. Our band played at the Woodward Theater a few blocks away and this was a perfect mid-tour stop to refresh, do laundry and relax a bit. Everything was pristine and comfortable. The market is amazing. Make sure to hit Eckerlin Meats and grab a breakfast Goetta sandwich. Delicious.

A cute cozy apartment for a nice weekend getaway. Walkable distance to many restaurants and bars. A lot of beautiful artwork to walk around and see!
