Mustafa bey ve diğer arkadaşlar ile çok hızlı iletişim kurduk. her soruma olumlu cevap buldum. evde kusur aradım fakat en ufak bir kusur bulamadım. bahçesinde keyifle mangalımı yaktım keyif ile dinlendim 3 gün boyunca tuum yorgunlugum gitti. bir daha gelecek olursam urlaya başka yer bakmama gerek yok. tek adresim oldu

It was a pleasure to meet Tülay and to stay in her home. She was very responsive and proactive, always making sure I had what I needed and helping me with ordering a taxi when I left. Her home was comfortable, spacious and a relaxing place to stay. The location was convenient to walk to a large shopping mall and metro station with quick access to the airport.

Mert Bey ve eşi çok güleryüzlü ve ilgililer. Bahçesiyle tavşanlarıyla yemyeşil doğanın içinde huzuru yakalayacağınız bir ev, merkeze de oldukça yakın. İhtiyacınız olan her şey evde mevcut, olası durumlar dahi düşünülmüş. Tercih ettiğim her ev temizdi ama bu evdeki nevresim ve yastıklar o kadar temizdi ki fazlasıyla evimizde gibi hissettik. Tekrar gelmeyi çok isteriz, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Erhan is one of the most genuine and hospitable host I had in Airbnb. He is very responsive and always check in on us. He recommended delicious local Turkish food and even offered a Birds Eye view of the city with him in his balcony with coffee and snacks. The house is true to picture and has everything you need for a short stay.

The apartment was very convenient and my room was tidy and clean convenient and useful for tourist friends

Ｏｚｇｕｎ是为一位很优秀的房东，房源所在的街去买很好，是体验真正的Izmir 当地生活的最佳街区。散步5-8分钟即可到达海边。周围很多超市、餐厅、咖啡馆，非常便利。在这里度过了愉快的一周。非常感谢Ozgun，帮忙解决意外问题，像在自己家里一样舒适自在！

The address is slightly incorrect, hope host will update it, in case it won't be - for others: it's not ***6 it's on ***6/1 street. Will be way easier to find it. Also WiFi details too, but just scan the QR from the router inside the apartment. Very quite area, quite huge apartment, we were just 2 people, but it can easily fit 4 I guess, if not 6. The Tram station is near, bus station also taxi station is like 2-3 minutes away from the apartment, a little far away Train station. Not sure if it was just our case of everybody else, but technically we had self check-in, the key was in a box. So... If you are looking for self check-in apartment - double check with the host if he will meet you or just left you the key somewhere, maybe that info will be updated either until then :) Host is very responsive, answers fast, helpful, knows English. We didn't had internet in first day, he called the support and fixed it, in the morning next day issue was fixed.

The apartment is good for one or a couple. Nice place, good view, easy check-in, friendly host

Don’t belive pictures, it is even better in person. it felt so warm and cozy, like real home host is amazing, i had privacy more than i expected apartment is in secure part of town it was clean, bed is amazing to sleep in for those who talk about wood worms, don’t bother, the give something special to the place since the weather was cold, house was warm all the time sunset at the balcony is amazing all recomendations for this place and host honestly

Tayfun bey son derece dost canlısı birisi. Daire, Ilıca plaja araçla 5 dakikalık mesafede. BIM, A101 ve ŞOK marketler eve çok yakın. Çocuklu aileler icin mükemmel kullanışlı daire. Evde yok yok. Her türlü baharat, mutfak eşyası kqp, kacak vb fazlasıyla var. Mutfak fotoğraftakinden cok daha güzel. Yeni sıfır mobilya ve ankastre var. Mutfak harikaydi. Tv de bedava netflix de seyrettik. Evimizde gibi hissettik. Hiç tereddüt etmeden kiralayabilirsiniz.

I have to say right off the bat that the overall five star rating is very well deserved. Our host, Mr. Kubilay was in touch before the start of our journey. He gave detailed instructions and both hosts were waiting in person to welcome us. Mr. Kubilay was kind enough to help me with the bags to the apartment. The apartment is exactly as seen in the photos. It is very clean with all the necessary things for a longer stay. The beds are very comfortable and all of us slept soundly. The location is great with markets right down the block. The neighbourhood is very lively and we had a great time walking along the sea front promenade most evenings. We commuted with the tram most of the time with the station a 5 minute walk from the apartment. There is a taxi stand down the street and cabs to Basmane train station cost around 250-280 tl. If we are in Izmir again, this would be our preferred place to stay.

Her sorunuza anında cevap veriyor. Kendimi kendi evimdeymişim gibi hissettim. Kendisine Çok teşekkür ediyorum ilk ziyaretim değildi son da olmayacak. Her şey için Teşekkürler.

Ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war klein aber fein. Völlig ausreichend für zwei Personen. Hat alles was man für den Alltag braucht. Zudem war sie sehr sauber. Als Bonus hat man noch die Aussicht.

Ev sahibi çok ilgili, güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Çevre ile ilgili yönlendirmelerde de bulundu. Evin içi kusursuzdu, ihtiyacımız olan herşey evde mevcuttu. Ürünler çok kaliteli ve temizdi. Konumu merkeze çok yakındı, heryere yürüyerek ulaşım sağladık. Yazın tekrar gitmeyi planlıyoruz. Kusursuz hizmetleri için çok teşekkür ederiz
