The hosts Michael & Toby and their dog Heidi live in a barn conversion at 50m distance and can help with anything you may require during your stay. Several footpaths are nearby, leading to pubs, gardens, and a hotel with a new spa. Nearby Horsham offers everything to be expected from a pretty English market town. Brighton is 20 minutes by car. Since the property is in rural Sussex, it is best to have a car at one’s disposal. However, short distances to venues such as Leonardslee and South Lodge can easily be reached on foot or by a 5-minute taxi ride.

This unique, architecturally designed aluminium pod, provides a glamorous retreat. Nestling in a private woodland, since 2016, overlooking a dew pond and the valley below, the space affords a kingsize bed, shower/wc, living area incorporating a 'galley' kitchen. Wood-burning stove, dining table and chairs and a sofa/ bunk bed. Please be advised that there are NO curtains/blinds, in the accommodation, nor tv/wifi/mobile reception. The Airship is NOT suitable for those who need these services.

Located on the edge of Southwater village, this stylish, comfortable house provides the perfect stay for holiday-makers or business travellers. The property is in a green, leafy setting, is surprisingly quiet and has off-street parking. Conveniently located minutes from the A24, it provides easy access to Gatwick Airport (19miles), the medieval town of Horsham, Christ Hospital school, the South Downs etc. Southwater Country Park and the Downslink are all accessible on foot (~1mi) or by car.

Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The cottage also provides spectacular views of the extended gardens, woods and paddocks.
