We had a wonderful stay at michael and jackie's home. They made us feel right at home and we especially enjoyed the terrace and the fabulous views. breakfasts were yummy and filling with lots of goodies. Beds were comfy and the bathroom was huge. It was a great stay! Highly recommended.

We stayed at Shirley’s place for a week and we enjoyed our stay. Everything’s nice and tidy. We felt at home, although I was bit worried at first because my husband and my daughter don’t speak English. But it turned out just fine and actually they enjoyed their stay too!

Me and my brother loved our stay! if I would ever visit that area again I would definitely stay at their airbnb again! 10000% recommend it if you looking for a beautiful view with a home feeling from the second you step in the door. super close to everything you need. amazing tips for places to go and very helpful with cleaning our clothes and letting me hose down my diving equipment.

The accommodation is very warm, clean and tidy, consistent with the description. The director is very warm and thoughtful. It is a very good accommodation experience.

A perfect place to stay for a few days R&R and explore the unique natural environment and coastal setting around Banks Peninsula. Easy access to Lyttleton by passenger ferry (10 min) scenic drive to Christchurch or Akaroa. Ōhinetahi Gardens at Governors Bay is outstanding! Overall, an authentic b&b hosted by Julie (includes an incredible breakfast) which we thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely coming back!

I really like this house so much! Our English isn't very good, but we still had a very enthusiastic and pleasant chat with the landlords, Kathrine and Huge. There are also super cute cats and dogs in the house, as well as a beautiful garden. Every decoration in the house shows great attention to detail. It's truly a dream house. You can tell that Kathrine is a person who really loves life. The next morning, she even prepared a sumptuous and delicious breakfast for us. It's really a pity that we only stayed for one night. When we come next time, we must stay for a few more days. I really love this place!

We loved staying at Jenny and Tony’s! They were so lovely and we enjoyed our easy conversations. The room is really spacious, warm, and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom is lovely with underfloor heating. We were there for a few nights and really appreciated Jenny and Tony making us feel at home - the wonderful breakfast (and proper coffee!!) every morning, and letting us use their microwave for our dinners in the evening. The view from the house is just beautiful! What a wonderful area of the country. Jenny had loads of local recommendations for us and we enjoyed our trips to Akaroa which was a short drive away. I hope we’ll be back ☺️

My dad and I loved staying here! Both the spaces were very cosy and clean. The freshly baked bread and cookies were a very thoughtful addition. Would definitely stay here again!

Great breakfast!

Lovely place in a perfect location. Had a great breakfast while chatting with some fellow travellers. Easy walk to the botanic gardens, museums and shops, yet the B&B feels tucked away and cozy.

I made beautiful memory there. Place: The garden is far more spacious than the pictures. and you can see stars and the moon when it’s clear:) Room: There is a fridge in the room! You can find everything you need. Host: Ron took me for a night walk in the garden at night, and we saw the moon and stars. The moon was full moon at the night, that was beautiful experience! Anne was also lovely, she’s always caring about me. They are very approachable and beautiful:) If I get the chance back to nz again, I really love to see them!!
