Converted barn with separate access and exclusive use of the entire self-contained space. Private off-road parking with Type 2 Charger for EVs. The bedroom includes a king-size bed and chest of drawers for storage. HD TV in lounge; WiFi (95mbps down); Alexa speakers with smart lights throughout (you can still just use the switches);voice-activated smart heating (again, you can just press the buttons); the fully-fitted kitchen includes kettle, microwave,FF, oven, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Situated in the private gated residential area of the park, it is surrounded with the most gorgeous scenic landscape of the Ribble Valley. It is the perfect place to simply get away from it all or to unwind after a lovely day of exploring. All guests have full access to the holiday park’s amenities. However, if that is not your cup of tea, you are only a short walk from the heart of the gorgeous, quaint town of Longridge.

The Old Farm Office at Cronkshaw Fold Farm

Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. Relax in the hammock on the veranda, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the fire, cosy up in bed under the feather duvet lit with fairy lights. Private hot tub available for hire for an additional £42. Book farm tours with hot buttered toast and dippy eggs, goat hang out experiences, bee keeping experiences or venture off on one of the many local trails.

The Coach House

This is a detached barn that can sleep up to 6 people ,the extra bed is a futon in the upstairs bedroom,bedding is provided.. it has plenty of safe secure parking.. a patio area with seating..it is close to nature and lots of outdoor space. Great for motorbikers too. It has underfloor heating, log burner in the lounge, regular oven fridge freezer, microwave. We have direct access to local bridleways, cycle ways and off road cycling. Lots of moorland directly behind the property for walking.

The Hay Barn

Luxuriously Rural Sensitively converted, the Hay Barn is a blend of traditional exposed beams and vaulted ceilings with luxurious modern furnishings, king size bed and amenities. We have expansive National Trust Nature Reserve views and gardens, a lovely calming setting to relax in and focus on your wellbeing. Relax whilst enjoying an evening BBQ or gazing into an outdoor open fire. With free parking, we are ideally based for Crosby Beach, Formby Golf Courses, Aintree Races and Liverpool.

1750's cottage with open fire and beams

Take it easy at this unique and cosy cottage with a real open fire and original beams. The cottage was constructed in approximately 1750 during the reign of George II. The cottage is constructed from wood and stone and there is not a straight wall, ceiling or door casing in the house! You learn very fast (after banging your head once or twice) to duck under the low door frames and beams. The cottage is small, quirky and very cosy but with a suprisingly large master bedroom and bathroom.

After browsing Ramsbottom’s quirky shops, wine bars, pubs, and cafés, head back to your cosy cottage, pour a glass of wine, and relax into Lancashire’s peaceful, timeless charm
