The house was incredibly spacious and easily accommodated all of my guests. The TV offered both Netflix and YouTube, and the large pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. The bedrooms and bathrooms were exceptionally roomy, providing plenty of comfort. The property is conveniently located near the community clubhouse, which also gives access to a nearby beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach house just a two-hour drive south of Bangkok, close to Pattaya and Koh Lan.

We all have a good time in the villa. It's clean and tidy. The swimming pool with a slide is good to swim with children. so much fun. And there are a lot of kitchen utensils, we can cook meals and prepare breakfast there. Every room is clean too.We spent really wonderful time there with our friends. I will recommend this villa to my friends.

Whole team took care of our stay, all communicating well with each other and nobody missing a beat. Even got support when taxi tried to rip me off. Pool cleaned daily and cleaning services offered as well. Plan on using them when coming back. Thank you!

My stay at those 2 villas was really enjoyable The villas are beautifully designed. It s big clean comfortable and quiet . The kitchen is fully equipped, but we choose the nearby dining options which are fantastic. One of the highlights of the villas is the outdoor area. The private pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and the private jacuzzi is big enough for 6 people . With the garden in the background it provides a serene space to relax. We spent our mornings sipping coffee on the patio, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The location is quite good—close enough to local attractions and the beach but far enough from the night life for a good sleep. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and any requests smooth and easy. Overall, this villa is ideal for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

A special mention to the caretaker (Tin Tin ), who was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality made the experience even better. loved the space!

Overall nice and fully equipped house, exactly as on the pictures, suitable for a long stay. Roland is welcoming and easy going host, it was nice to deal with him. Only downside i could mention is a neighbor who is running a streetracers workshop or something like that, it was disturbing when they were having a parties etc. Of course it has nothing to do with a house or the owner. We would stay again.
