Clean and comfortable place to stay (the beds are really comfortable) ! The kitchen is nice but might be missing a good saucepan and pan (without the non stick coating pealing off). It's conveniently located (stores and train station accessible by walk) but the area is very industrial. The place was very quiet at night and we slept very good !

What a beautiful stay and what a lovely family. This is truly the picturesque Japanese coastal village with a fish market local restaurants and temples and onsens. I stayed here for a quick rest after returning from the airport. The host kindly picked me up at Tokoname Station, and the check-in process was very smooth. The shared living room had coffee available, and I was able to relax and unwind. The host, Mike, was very kind, and his warm hospitality was truly comforting after my long journey back from overseas. Thank you so much!

A good place for the night when you want to visit Nagoya. It has a good connection by train. The location is simple but good for the night. Very friendly owner.

I will say this place is pretty far from main attractions in the area, but the space is super clean and the hosts are very welcoming and friendly. They gave a list of good food places to check out and sent us many events and things going on in the area for us to check out. This place is very cozy and also a huge space which was nice! For the price I thought It was very good!!

I would like to recommend Mike's ABB. It's a lovely and sweet house. He and his wife are so kind, he kindly picked up our luggages to the house so we can walk around Tokoname easily. And after dinner he drived us back to the house. The room is very clean and warm. They also prepare breakfast and tea. Mike likes to share his life and talk to people, wish have more to know about him and his wife. We had a great time at Tokoname and at Mike's ABB. THANKS! Hope to see u again.

家族旅行で3泊利用させていただきました。小さな子どもがおり外食のハードルが高かったのですが、栄三越まで15分という立地に大いに助けられました。アメニティの充実度については他のレビューの通りでした（バウンサーまで常備されていたのには感動しました）。とても快適に滞在させていただきました。

Wir waren nur zwei Tage in Nagoya, haben unseren Aufenthalt aber sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man benötigt und ist sehr grosszügig. Das Bett war wahnsinnig bequem und trotz der nahen Strasse, haben wir keinen Lärm wahrgenommen und sehr gut geschlafen. Da wir nur mit dem Auto unterwegs waren, kann ich zur Lage und Erreichbarkeit nicht viel sagen. Für unsere Ausflüge, war es jedoch perfekt :) Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und kommunikativ und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank! :)

숙소는 사진에 비해 넓었고, 화장실도, 숙소도 깨끗하였습니다. 숙소의 위치는 근처에 편의점과, 이자카야, 중국요리식당 등 지내기 편하였습니다. 오스상점가와의 거리는 걸어서 20분 정도여서 그정도는 슬슬 걸어다니기 좋았습니다. 감동적인것은 제가 에어비앤비를 여러나라의 숙소를 이용해봤었지만, 2L 생수와, 차가 총 4병이아 냉장고에 있었던 점입니다. 만약 나고야에 간다면 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 숙소 입니다.

Great stay in Nagoya, close to transport and the stadium. Great opportunity to try traditional tatami beds. Hosts were helpful in allowing us to drop luggage off before checking in.

Logement très propre et accueillant. Le matelas était vraiment très confortable, les oreillers aussi, bien qu'un peu gros. Le logement est bien situé. Je recommande.

This is a great place to stay in Nagoya. The easy access to the subway (45 second walk) allowed us to explore the city. I would stay here anytime I visit Nagoya in the future.

The place is very nice. Location is near train station. Hard to find because it’s a side street. We had to call and fortunately Yasu’s staff picked us up. Very helpful.

War alles super und wie beschrieben, alles wieder beschrieben wie es funktioniert, die Anleitungen waren auch alle verständlich Checkin war schnell und einfach, die checkin box, konnte für die Schlüsselaufbewahrung einfach weiterverwendet werden, wodurch der Schlüssel nicht immer mitgetragen werden musste Alles im allem empfehlenswert, einziger Punkt der negativ aufgefallen ist, ist dass die Wände ziemlich dünn sind und man dadurch von außen vieles hören konnte, aber da in der Gegend nicht sehr viel los ist, hat es keinen sonderlich großen Einfluss gehabt

Good Property, accommodating owner, convenient if you walk from Kokusai Center station, peaceful location

Great for a large group with very well equipped kitchen and heated flooring. Check in process was a little lengthy and car park was tricky to find as it was further from the house - we had to stop at a random car park first before double checking the photo directions. Second car used coin parking that was very near the house and capped at 500Y for 24h. Overall very clean and comfortable place wish we could stay longer! Very worth what we paid.
