The bed is a double futon. The room is best for children.

We live on a bay with many weeds. To swim you must paddle out to a raft. There is a small sandy beach with a wading area for the little children.

There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.
