Spazio unico e rilassante, immerso nella quiete della natura. Ideale per chi ama fare passeggiate/trekking ed escursioni in MTB, ma anche per chi adora rilassarsi nel silenzio. A 7km di distanza dal Passo delle Radici/ San Pellegrino in Alpe e Castiglione di Garfagnana ( uno dei Borghi più belli d’Italia). In prossimità della casa si trova un piccolo pollaio, con possibilità di uova a km 0. disponibilità di letto aggiuntivi su richiesta. Presenza di WI-FI.. possibilità di noleggio MTB e E-MTB!

La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The Sound of Barga-Tuscany

Throughout the summer, Barga comes alive with many typical food fairs, music festivals and art exhibitions. The house is set within olive groves, fruit trees, and forests, with stunning views all around. The garden is perfect for dining 'al fresco' and enjoy the view and sound of the bells of its majestic cathedral. Barga is only 40 mins from Lucca, 50 from Pisa and 90 from Florence. Please note there is a 1€ tourist tax per person for the first 3 nights to be paid cash upon arrival.

Le Macine è un vecchio mulino ristrutturato situato all'interno di un allevamento ittico a Villa Collemandina sulle rive del fiume Corfino,luogo isolato immerso nella natura, Ideale per chi ama la tranquillità e la pace. La casa indipendente di circa 80 metri quadri è composta da un ampio soggiorno con divano e TV,2 camere e bagno con vasca. All'esterno troviamo numerosi spazi aperti,zona barbecue,veranda con tavolino e forno a legna.
