Ryan’s place was just as advertised. It’s was centrally located within walking distance to stores and restaurants within a quiet neighborhood. The home had all one would need to be comfortable. Additionally there was a nice outdoor fire pit and a hot tub. I would recommend Ryan’s place.

This was our second stay and we loved it just as much as the first time. The house itself is ideal for us and other guests to stay in comfortably. The 2 bathrooms (one downstairs and the other upstairs for our guests) is a huge plus. The kitchen, living spaces and deck make this home great for entertaining. The location is perfect for trips to tourist attractions in Maine and New Hampshire (we recommend visiting North Conway and the Omni Mt. Washington hotel). We look forward to returning during other seasons of the year.

This is everything you could ask for and more. Shops and downtown life are within 30 minutes and you get the peace and quiet of a getaway without needing to go anywhere if you don’t want to. The hosts were great and the town is quaint. I highly recommend to any family who wants to relax, unwind, and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Beautiful Airbnb! Everything in the Airbnb was very well thought out. The host was super nice and always quick to respond. My only regret was not spending more time here!

Booked this place for our anniversary to get away from the city for a weekend.. we found exactly what we were looking for! The hot tub was wonderful, the house was clean and cute, and we had everything we could have needed! Estelle was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. Would recommend this place for a quiet getaway or a small group trip in the summer!

BEAUTIFUL Home!! Tons of space to relax and spread out with our family! The beds were very comfortable! We really appreciated all of the bathrooms for our group! The kitchen was huge and so handy for preparing meals! I absolutely loved the style and atmosphere of this wonderful home! We also loved being able to bring our dogs!! We had a lovely time and we would most definitely come back!!! 🥰

We loved our stay at Jason’s place! We had 10 total people staying for Labor Day weekend - 7 adults, 3 kids and a dog. We all had plenty of room, the house was gorgeous - especially the kitchen and living room! We used the pool, the lake (kayaks and canoes - lots of life jackets to choose from), the basketball court and were so thankful for the option to rent the pontoon boat! My son had a great time fishing. The neighborhood is very quiet. We also had fun checking out nearby antique shops one morning & going into Bangor one evening for dinner. We will be back!

The hosts were very prompt in communicating. The thoughtfulness they have put into furnishing the property is amazing. It has a very vintage nautical feeling to it. The house is extremely well appointed. We didn’t have any problems at all. The surroundings are off the beaten path which we especially appreciated. It’s a short 10 minute drive to Damariscotta Downtown. I would highly recommend this property.

Jerry's house was a great location with terrific views. The house was tastefully decorated and immaculate. A perfect Maine getaway that we cannot wait to go back to in the future.

Loved the layout of the house. Great kitchen and master bedroom. Master bath a little cramped. Enjoyed the view and outdoor seating.

Jeremy and Ellen are fantastic hosts. Very communicative during booking and prior to arrival with suggestions of what to do (we were travelling from the UK). We stayed for 16 nights and the house felt like home - it has everything you need. Absolutely fantastic place to stay and we really recommend it.

Rob and Nate’s place is excellent. We had a great stay. Rob and Nate are very communicative and provide clear instructions - we also appreciated the recommendations in their house manual. The apartment itself is very nice and looks as the photos show, and the backyard/garden was even nicer than pictured. We had a great stay and recommend it to all.

Erica and Jack’s Belfast home is a charming place close to a little rocky beach area and walkable to Main St. It’s in a very good location. We have relatives in town who we were able to visit easily. The owners are responsive during and after booking, and have provided good info about the area prior to checking in. It’s self check-in and we felt safe and comfortable the second we entered their rental. Everything is very clean. The kitchen has all cooking essentials and even some pantry items. They have a large sized fridge perfect for grocery/snack items when you have kids with you. The beds are comfortable, enough blankets, towels, and washcloths to use. Bathroom in the main bedroom. It’s a nice cozy place to stay in for a few days. 💛

Annie's place is a clean, well kept older home. We really appreciated her accommodating our early check in, so we could be on time for our tour. The home is well stocked with linens and towels and in a great location. We were able to walk to downtown with delicious restaurants and shops. Our family was happy to each have a bedroom to sleep comfortably, and having air conditioning as an amenity was very helpful in our decision to stay here. Thank you Annie for your suggestions and hospitality for our stay in Rockland :)

Even with the freezing temps, this place was great! Exploring the frozen pond was great fun! Great communication. Very comfortable. There was a small issue with the plumbing (weather related) that was remedied within minutes. Would love the opportunity to stay here again! Thank you!

Our family and I had a wonderful stay at Jackies, we are all originally from maine, and her home gives you everything great about maine. We really felt at home, it snowed christmas eve which made it even more beautiful ( The driveway was plowed out early as well). I brought a small christmas tree with us on our trip up, and when we walked in, the place was decorated for christmas, which was just amazing and so thoughtful. We definitly plan on staying again, the next time we are back in maine. Thank you again Jackie!

We have been going to this area of Maine for over fifty years. I found this gem several years ago and haven’t stayed anywhere since. I find it to be peaceful, walkable to the center via footbridge, it’s all that we want. Kathy is a great host, quickly responds to any questions or needs you may have. We always know we will have a great experience staying here.

Loved staying at this cabin! I was a last minute booking and the hosts were super nice and accommodating. Would recommend these hosts and this cabin to everyone!!

This was such a wonderful property for my family -- beautiful and peaceful with lovely views. We loved spending our days out in the spacious yard, playing lawn games, sitting around the fire pit, and fishing, and eating all our meals out on the patio. Everyone left feeling very relaxed and happy. Thank you Pam and David for sharing your home!

The house is beautiful and close to the city of Portland. Everything was clean. The sheets and linens were visibly clean and smelled fresh which is always appreciated. Great place to stay

By far the best home away from home that any of us have ever stayed at. Better than the photos. Cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Can’t say enough. I am so glad we booked Mark’s place for our Christmas vacation, it was definitely one to be remembered.

Returning again as this home is well stocked, clean, and homey. There is a binder of information about the local area, which is great. If you forgot something, Lisa has plenty of things in the bathroom. The kitchen has all the utensils, cookware, dishes, etc. that you could possibly need. I'm always impressed with how clean the house is and well maintained. There are smart TVs should you want to watch something. I can't think of anything that the home is lacking. There is a reason this is my 3rd time!
