The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and vaulted ceiling, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also add a private sauna experience and/or request a private log fired hot tub night.

Sparrow Barn is on the edge of Dartmoor, on the Devon and Cornwall border, with spectacular views across the hills of Devon. The barn is located in Lifton with easy access to the coast and countryside. The nearest beach is 18 miles away, with Tavistock a short drive away. There's a pub, restaurant, a village shop and ' Strawberry Fields' voted the best large farm shop in the UK, less than two miles away. A hot tub in the barn’s private garden overlooks the stunning countryside.

Felly House Annex

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

The Secret Stable Shepherd's Hut

Nestled on the outreaches of Dartmoor National Park, The Secret Stable Shepherd's Hut is a custom built, rustic hut, in an outstanding rural countryside location. Sleeping 4 people in two double beds and a wood burner to keep you toasty all year round! The Hut has a cosy kitchen with a double gas burning ring and running water, a breakfast bar and a table for dining. We also have an onsite, open air, WOOD FIRED PIZZA RESTAURANT, open on select nights from April to December.

Unwind in this former village church, tastefully decorated & equipped with everything you'll need to relax in this rural peaceful corner of Devon. Soak in your own private hot tub, or chill on the raised decking area watching the sheep graze & the sun set, whilst listening to your favourite music on the outdoor speakers connected to Sonos. Play it loud, there's no neighbours for 1km in any direction (except sheep!). YOU WILL BE THE ONLY GUESTS AT THE CHURCH - total privacy

The Gatehouse, Bradstone Manor

Stay in a Grade 1 listed Jacobean gatehouse, set in marvellous Devon countryside - a perfect place to unwind. The silence and stars at night are breathtaking. Our land has far reaching views to Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor, and then slopes down to the Tamar river. You can walk over the 600 acre farm, or take to the nearby moors! Detached cottage on the edge of Dartmoor. Located down a bumpy farm lane, adjacent to a private equestrian smallholding. Dogs welcome. Well equipped kitchen, good quality sofas and beds, unlimited superfast WiFi, reserved car parking space with EV charge point (see ^ below), gas central heating and wood burning stove for a cosy winter stay, air-conditioning for a comfortable summer stay.

The Stables is a cosy, open-plan cottage with a log burner, on the edge of the farmyard on our peaceful, working farm, along with The Granary holiday cottage, and the main farmhouse. We welcome you with a traditional Devonshire cream tea in your cottage - an essential when visiting Devon!
