As fellow travelers, we focused on the amenities that we can’t do without like a full kitchen and bath🛁. Cozy bedroom with powerful heat and A/C too! Great for short or long stays with stellar laundry units. Enjoy a reserved parking space right outside the door. Private patio too. Need anything? we live a block away 👍🏼

It comfortably fits two people but can accommodate one more with a portable twin bed or a queen-sized air mattress, provided upon request

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.
